Stop relying on color to tell if the chicken is done, because that's how end up with undercooked chicken. My chicken was so pink undercooked. Establish cooking times based on the cut of the chicken, the weight and visuals like size. Just because the outside is cooked and looks brown, that's the outside the inside of the chicken has have time to cook so the meat isn't undercooked. It was good last time, this time I couldn't believe what I was biting into......
