This is a relatively new restaurant to the area... I just ate here for the first time today and it was fantastic. Christina is super nice and she made the experience so friendly. I got the jerk chicken, rice and beans, cabbage and yams with sorrel. Everything was great and I loved the jerk bc it was ACTUALLY SPICY!! Yams were tasty sweet and not overly so - you could still taste the yam... The photo of my food was a MEDIUM lololol - so the servings are generous and if your good touches anything other than your plate or to go container she replaces it. You can see into the kitchen and it's clean. 10/10 will order again

This is my second visit here/ Both times I got an oxtail platter/ This time I had to wait about 20 mins for the cabbage because none of the sides had been cooked yet/ I asked the young lady if I got the oxtail platter without the cabbage was it still $25 and she said yes so I opted to just wait so I would have the full effect of my $25/ She did have a pleasant attitude and her customer service was very on point/ The oxtails were tenderly flavorful and the gravy was “YESSS” and I’m glad I did wait because the cabbage was really cooked just right -nice crunch to it/ I will be back/

I got the Jerk Chicken, Rice & Peas, Cabbage, and some Plantains and it was all very flavorful and awesome! The portion size was solid, 2 people could share a medium size meal. The customer service was excellent and the place was clean. There are only 2 tables to sit down and eat at, it's more of a to-go spot. The parking is not great in the area, there's a parking lot across the street. I highly recommend checking them out!

Sooo this review is super late but every time I ride by this place I just remember my meal. My only con to this was portion size. The food was good . Oxtails were super good and ofc I had to try my mom's jerk from her platter (I can do without the sauce believe it or not) but still good. I loved the cabbage. Only other place I eat from is Kingston 11 and I have to say these will be the only two places I go to. Customer service was awesome she was very nice . The cabbage wasn't ready yet but she didn't up charge us for a different side . She went out of her way and the food along with the experience was awesome !! Yall know I'm not eating nothing that's not good😂🤷🏾‍♀️ so yeah. Definitely try this place out . Sorry for the late review ! Love ya!!!. Did I mention the rice and peas??? I might just have to go get a platter today😂🤦🏾‍♀️. And come back and...

I am updating my review. From five stars to three stars. Since they have opened, I’ve ordered about six times. They are falling off already. The second time I ordered the barbecue chicken was not good at all. All we tasted was flour and it was not sauced, very different from the first time. Subsequent orders after that have not been as good as the first one. I ordered the same thing each time, curry chicken platter, which has been inconsistent in quality, and sometimes missing an ingredient such as cabbage. Disappointing. I am going to chill for a while and see if it gets better.
