Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Darby

Absolutely horrible service. They messed up my order twice. They had to send a delivery guy out three times... finally got it right on the third time. I placed two orders of sweet habanero chicken, a pizza and 2 L soda. The website said my order should arrive within 31-41 minutes. I placed my order at 8:56, my order arrived at 10:19. After I tip the guy and brought it in I noticed neither one of the chicken orders had sauce on it. So I called them back and they sent me out another order. The second time the delivery guy came he only brought one order, he told me to call back and tell the Manager. So again I call back, and the chick that answered the phone(03/26/2017 at 10:47) had the nerve to get smart with me like it was my fault that they kept screwing up my order. I don't know her name because the " Manager " said he couldn't tell me her name. I put manager in quotation because after she got smart with me she handed the phone to some guy who said he was the manager, but a few minutes ago when I called the first time they messed up, the Manager I was speaking to was a woman. But whatever. He said he'd take my complaint and handle it but I seriously doubt he did. It is 11:28 and I am still waiting for my 2nd order of...

I ordered a large pizza with chicken, onions and TOMATO SAUCE, When I got back home I realize that they put barbecue sauce on my pizza instead of tomato sauce. When I called him I informed him of the mistake that they made on their part and I simply asked if they could make me another pizza while I bring this one back to them they refused to make me another pizza until they saw the pizza that I brought back to them. I am highly upset with my experience because I had to take an extra 10 minutes to wait for the pizza to be made as if I was lying about the mistake that they made on their end. The guy did not seem like he wanted to help me he seem like he was more interested in arguing with me over the phone about their mistake. I will never go back to this domino’s ever again I live in upper Darby right down the street from this Domino’s. Yes it’s close to me but I will go to the one all the way on West Chester Pike because their customer service is much better than this one. Also the pizza that they remade me was undercooked and had barely any sauce on it very disappointed!!! very unprofessional very ghetto...

I order at 12 and didnt receive my food until 225 a.m so i went to the store at 155 before they were about to close. The guy in the store was forwarding all of my calls i didnt even get the dominos advertisements just straight to voicemail. When i got there he started blaming the driver saying they just left 10 min ago. Apparently he was manager for the day . so when i asked what time the the manager come in he says 10 a.m he didnt even tell me he was manager at that time. i cannot wait to call the store and talk to official mananger about their manager for the day . They were better off making the driver manager for the day. If you order from this store make sure that u call before 11pm because if not u will not recieve your pizza. He is the one who probably makes the pizza which means he is to blame for my order not the delivery drivers. Guys dont ever blame the delivery driver blame the person who made your food or the manager for the day. I am beyond pissed what if i didnt have a car you telling me i would of never received my order. This is the 4th time this has happened i will NEVER ORDER FROM...
