Dunkin' — Restaurant in Upper Darby

First time going and its my last time going. Went there around 630pm not sure if they were about to close but people are in drive thru. I went inside and there was and employee sweeping and picking up trash with gloves on. I say Hello and he said hello. He put broom down and went around to the counter to ring up my medium hot tea and paid with cash. When he gave change, I said do you mind if you change your gloves before making my hot tea. He gave instead attitude and said this is ridiculous. He changed gloves and made tea and sat on counter and as soon as I was about to say something, he said NO real loud with and attitude. The people at this dunkin suck. Messed up my order multiple times. Just today I asked for a small cup of ice to cool down my coffee so it don’t burn a hole in my mouth. The woman gave me biggest attitude like I asked her to go to Antarctica for these ice cubes (there was no other customers in there). So then she stares at me while I put the ice in my coffee and after I throw out the cup she says next time give the cup back to her. That it’s a waste to just throw it away. So we start arguing because reusing a costumers discarded cup is really disgusting. I told the manager I won’t be coming back, who knows what other gross things are goin on...

I come to this dunkin almost every day and order the same exact thing, I’ve never had a bad encounter until this morning. I order a frozen coffee and I’m handed an iced coffee which I handed back fairly nice and said this wasn’t what I ordered and asked for the frozen coffee, the lady walks up to the window then tries to argue with me about that’s not what I ordered?!
