Let me just state that I believe Dr. Greenfield should have beyond 5 stars because he is absolutely amazing. He did my motherâs surgery and it went extremely well. Sheâs now in the healing stage and I can only foresee that sheâs going to get better. However, the preparation for this procedure was extremely difficult and no walk in the park. Dr. Greenfieldâs surgical coordinator Donna was horrible and didnât make this process easy at all. I spoke to her two days before the procedure and she stated that my mother needed her pretesting (EKG, bloodwork, etc) done before she could be cleared for surgery. The deadline to have all paperwork in was by 12pm the next day or the surgery would be canceled. I also had some clinical questions which she then transferred me to a clinical nurse by the name of Jennifer who answered most of my questions and she assured me whatever she couldnât answer Dr. Greenfield would respond to the next day. Long story short the next day, Jennifer called and said she got most of my motherâs paperwork and was just waiting on a few more and they were going to try and put my mother back on the schedule. But wait, why did they have to âtryâ and put my mom on the schedule if she was already on there? Apparently, after I ended the conversation with DONNA, she canceled my motherâs surgery assuming that she wouldnât get the paperwork in time without so much of a phone call. I expressed to Jennifer (clinical nurse) how upset I was and requested that I speak to Donna. She then said she would speak to Donna and they would get back to me. I didnât receive a call and called Dr. Greenfieldâs office back and requested to speak with Donna. Once again, Jennifer answered the line. At that point I was confused, because Jennifer works on the clinical end and Donna is the surgical coordinator. Why was I speaking to Jennifer about paperwork when thatâs Donnaâs position? I now realized that because Donna knew she messed up she was avoiding the issue, which included speaking to me or my mother. And instead of doing her job she placed Jennifer as a âmessengerâ to handle what she should be handling. Donna needs to understand that patients are dealing with the stress of having to have a procedure done, and dealing with a negligent staff member is extra stress which isnât needed. She either needs some training in customer service or maybe this isnât the position for her. Although, Dr. Greenfield should receive 5 stars, due to the lack of professionalism on the office staffâs end, I was forced to give...

Read moreI've been seeing Dr. Rhonda Cornell for over a year now and I can't believe how great my feet are feeling now!! At the age of 65 I've never been offered the options for accessories on my toes or attached to individual toes by any other podiatrists. From the start it was trial and error but everyone is different with their own situation. I now wear 2 different pieces on my left foot and 1 on my right, such a relief being able to walk with less pain now. The staff is always professional, friendly and sociable. It's so great to know that people like Dr. Cornell take the time to listen to your problem and assess the situation for giving advice to help...
