Ordered at 3:30 PM for a pick up at 5 PM. I got there at 5:15 and walk up to the counter where the employee was so focused on her cell phone, she didn’t even notice me standing there. I tell her my name and the girl working runs my card for my order. Grabs one bag and then tells me the box was never made for my pizza. I asked her what that meant, and she told me my pizza was never made. Perhaps if employees were paying more attention to what is going on around them instead of their cell phones, mistakes like these wouldn’t be made. I told her she could cancel the order, as I wouldn’t be waiting for a pizza to be made when I called 2 hours prior. She handed me a receipt and said “Okay. It was the girl who was working earlier who didn’t make the box. If I was working, I would have made it.” No apology, no attempt to compensate with anything for the inconvenience. I don't leave a lot of reviews because it usually takes something extraordinary for me to complain publicly. They claim to have the best cheese steaks and buffalo chicken cheese steaks in Delco. Not only is this not true, but the Buffalo chicken cheese steak had neither real Buffalo sauce or chicken steak. It was grilled chicken, not thinly sliced, with something that didn't even remotely taste like Buffalo sauce, though it was spicy. I didn't even eat half of it. The rest of the food was sub par. This has been on my radar for some time, and I was able to visit this weekend. Ordered a small order of fries and a chicken tender platter. The portions were generous, so i thought damn, what's the catch? There was none. The food was great. Fries were fried perfectly, which was great for my picky eater. The chicken tender platter was also big, which fed two of us. Very tasty, and their honey mustard sauce was on point. Great and delicious option in the neighborhood that didn't break the bank.
