Taco Bell — Restaurant in Upper Darby

Good Morning, to whom this may concern. I have been a frequent customer for a long time, before the previous manager, Christina was released. When I met the aforementioned manager, she really ran a tight ship. Food was fast, hot and plentiful. THIS particular visit, I waited alone in the store (check the cameras) for over twenty minutes, for two sorry, pathetic looking burritos. Adding to this terrible experience was hearing the women in the back of the house, complaining to each other about whom was doing what and how others were exhibiting lazy attributes. I was less than pleased, because I was on the phone at the time and kept looking at my clock to see just HOW LONG I would have been noticed. No...I wasn't! After all the bickering subsided, a team member tapped another and pointed at me. They went on to ask, "what is he here for?" And THEN, asked me what my order was. Frustrated, but keeping cool, I told the ladies (loosely used) that I was there for two burritos. They looked up in amazement at the screen as if it just magically made it's way up there. Another young lady, apologized and gave me a couple of these free taco coupons....with all due respect, I do not come for the tacos. And even a cup or a drink, AFTER I received my order. When I asked about Christina, the previous manager, the team member played "Whisper down the Lane" and I could hear the "queen of the party" shout, "that's none of their business!" THIS individual was named "Tee Tee". Loud, rude and very impersonal. She was the one, probably the loudest back there. I don't know what happened to my old team, but I would never refer ANYONE to this location. If one doesn't know SERVICE, then it is an industry you do not need to work in. Terrible. Absolutely terrible every aspect. I had ordered 3 DLTS with added beans and two crunch wrap sliders and a grilled cheese burrito. When we pulled around and got the ordered from driveway we realized the grilled cheese burrito was missing. We went back through the drive through. We proceeded to tell them we were just missing the burrito and they asked for the bag and then accused us of lying and saying we had ate it already because a wrapper (the one that contained the crunch wrap sliders). I told them the sliders were in that wrapper and there was no burrito. It is not my fault they were mismanaged. I told them if I ate the burrito that was in the wrapper, where was the crunch wrap sliders supposed to be? Then they further accused us and said we were lying and that there was no sliders in there. While at the window we asked to just buy another one and refused and said we had to go completely back around the drive through. After looking in the bag again, we discovered the DLTS were just beans. No meat, no cheese, not even lettuce. The man at the window was named Aiden and was extremely rude along with the staff members who did not assistant us. Very disappointing that I wasted money on an item I never received and I will be calling to speak...

Every single time I have come here the staff have been incredibly rude and short tempered. They NEVER get my order right. They interrupt me during my order to ask "is that all??" After every single item I say. The food is then piled into one bag no matter how many items, which because of this smashes everything and it ends up falling apart and is extremely soggy. This recent trip last night I ordered a Mexican pizza, and a bunch of other things.. they put every thing on top of the Mexican pizza. Which resulted in the lid being stuck to it and all the toppings coming off once the lid was opened. All the crunchy tacos, which I ordered all soft tacos btw, were a wet mess and fell completly apart. They got nearly all the drinks wrong, and all of them tasted like barely flavored water.. The only reason I have even given this place as many chances as I have is it is the only one within a 20 min radius of my house. Literally 3 blocks away. I keep thinking if I wait 6 months they will get new, better, staff.. Sadly that has not been the case. Guess I'll wait another 6 months. Literally THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to, and that's throughout at least...
