Keystone Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Darby

I've been a customer for three years and I can't believe this happened. I'll never get food from such a hateful and ignorant place. So, their DRIVER calls me and says they ran out of the beer I want, not a big deal. But then he offers me to buy three large bottles for the same price as 6 small bottles; however, the large bottles are 22 ounce and three smalls are 12 ounces. So, I point out that I would be cheated half a beer for the same price. Any grade schooler can see the math is bad. Then they suggest an inferior beer with a lower alcohol content for THE SAME PRICE....... I refused and said at this point they should give me a discount for the absurdity. The driver shouted at me and put on the manager. The manager got on and I explained how I have an anxiety disorder and I am not comfortable with a driver shouting at me. I told them that I will buy the three large beers, but cancel the food because I do not trust the driver to deliver the food safely without contamination. The owner called me on his personal phone and told me he refuses me service. So, his driver yells at someone with a disability and the owner refuses to accommodate me because he doesn't seem to like someone with my particular disability. I am...

We order from here all the time and 3/4 of the time they mess up the order. We call and they fix it. Fine. We ordered and once again they messed up the order and when my wife called to tell them, they said they would bring the correct cheesesteak. Then the gentleman called my wife back and said " I spoke with the cook and he said he put fried on 1 sandwich". Yes he did....the wrong sandwich but I had already eaten half of mine so we weren't sending it back. The gentleman insisted that the order was right. My wife knows what fried onions look like and they were on the sandwich and weren't supposed to be (happens all the time). Then the gentleman said hold on, placed her on hold and then hung up on her.  I think we are done ordering here. They rarely get my wife's order right and to call her back and say that basically she was wrong when clearly fried onions are right there on the wrong sandwich....just isn't...

I usually order pizza from Keystone at least once a week. I have a big family so I spend at least $100 minimum. I USUALLY have a great experience but today the pizza didn't even look like it normally does. I called and explained that there was simply too much cheese added (to the point where we didn't want to eat it) and the manager of the store was extremely dismissive and rude. I even offered to bring the pizza (which was delivered) all the way to the store. However, they insisted that there was nothing wrong. Rather than argue with them, they have simply lost a once loyal customer. I will have to find a new pizza spot for my family.
