Joe's Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Deerfield Township

So the first time I went here, my boyfriend and I got some pizza and fries. Then we were decided to get "garlic cheese bread" thinking that it was like normal cheesy bread. Instead, we get home and see this. A roll drenched in butter with slightly melted cheese on it and garlic salt. Disgusting. Never in my life have I seen cheesy bread like this. Highly disappointed. But people deserve second chances sometimes, right? So we go back again the other day. Order cheese steaks and a few slice of pizza. We order it and go to pick it up. We get in line to pay and other people are coming in behind us. My boyfriend goes to get out his card and says "hold on one second. I'm getting out my card" and is interrupted by the guy at the counter saying "I HAVE A LINE. COME ON. Move", throwing his hands in the air. So my boyfriend moves out of the way and they take the two other customers instead and we wait. I remark that I don't appreciate rude people, we pay, and we leave. The cheese isn't even melted on the pizza slices. They're not hot. The cheese steaks are soggy. Not worth my money. Definitely won't be coming back. And will be advising those that I know not to come here eithee. Clearly they don't value customer service or manners. And the pizza and other things are well...

I never got the pizza here, but heard that's good. You can get really good pizza at big John's, so I went here for a Stromboli. It was the most expensive Stromboli I had ever had. We figured it would be awesome!!! It was not. We got it home, opened the big pizza box, and there was a little tiny Stromboli inside to split between 4. They said it serves 4, so we got that. Inside this cheese steak Stromboli was almost no meat and no cheese. I thought this has to be an accident. They forgot to put the meat and cheese inside. So I called and spoke to a lady that told me I should've ordered it with "extra meat if I wanted meat in the cheese streak Stromboli" I ordered. I said, what? So I asked how much is that, for adding meat that should already be in the cheese steak Stromboli. She said "about $9" about?!?!? I asked whats about. She replied it depends. I asked on what. Silence. I asked again, depends on what? She answered, "i don't know " So if I wanted meat in my cheese steak Stromboli that cost $22 and is 6 inches by 3 inches of dough, i have to pay an additional $9... about? So we wound up writing off the $22+ tax and going back out to get a great pizza from Big John's. Still steamed over getting ripped off at...

Joe's Pizza is a small chain, I've been eating their pizza for as long as I can remember and their food is always great. The problem is this specific location. You see I've gone to all their other locations and have had a great time but when I came into this location I mentioned that I love their other locations and that apparently is a big mistake, because from that point forward they insist on telling me about how there are no other locations they're not affiliated with any other locations and they are so annoyed that people think they are affiliated with any other restaurants and how they have lawsuits in the works to stop the affiliation. Well all the other locations addresses are on there box and it says if you like our pizza go to any of these other locations. if you're not affiliated with any of these other locations why is your name and address on there boxes? why are there names and addresses on your boxes?
