Verizon — Local services in Upper Deerfield Township

I am extremely pleased with my experience at this TCC location! I came in last weekend with my husband to switch our phone service over from t-mobile and also upgrade our devices. Nick was so patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He didn’t hesitate to stay late on Saturday night to ensure we got my husband’s phone set up and he was also kind with my 4 year old hanging out in the store (so many people have low tolerance for kids and his response was refreshing). A few days later, I returned after my phone came in. Nick and the other guys at TCC were so friendly that it made the long data transfer from my old phone to my new one an enjoyable time of conversation where I had the chance to learn the great things they do through TCC in the community (such as the backpack drive). Amazing experience because of the Nicks!!! Opened an account online but my phones never switched over from my old carrier. Called Verizon, the girl started helping get my phones activated but then the call disconnected. Called back and the guy told me I had to go to a store which I didn't want to do and why I opened the account online. Headed to this store extremely irritated.From the moment I walked in, both Nicks were very friendly and helpful. Had some more aggravation from my previous carrier trying to bring my old phones over so I decided to just get new phones. Where do I begin.. I was having a awful day just nothing going right and then my phone breaks, I mean shattered and I work from home so I NEED my phone!! I run into the Verizon store 15 minutes before they close and am almost in tears and ask the BEST Verizon worker there names BRANDON how could he help me?? First I was going to have to pay off my old phone before they could get me into another phone but all my account info was on my phone that was shattered. He was nice enough to give me a loaner for the night and then the next day got me a great deal on a NEW Galaxy, phone mount for the car, screen protector and case so I wouldn't end up in this situation again!
