Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Dublin Township

I only ever make it to a Wawa about once every five years. I was super excited to slide down and enjoy this rare treat while in town. Steven (he/him) all but literally held my hand while I tried to figure out what to have. Steered me in the correct directions of what I should be having to enjoy this magical store to the fullest. And then told me that it was also his last day. Which brings me such confusion because I don’t know if I should leave a resounding five star review for what was the pinnacle of an amazing experience or a one star review for a building that now equates to firewood without him here. Should I tell others about what I had the opportunity to experience here? Or leave a one star review to warn people of what they will never have. The pragmatic person inside me can only do their best to find a middle ground and leave an annoying three stars for everything across-the-board. ROBERT on the other hand is rude and weird. Weird part is he used to always speak and great me short pleasent conversation when i pop in to get my coffee.

Then all of a sudden , Not only has he stopped greeting me but hes actually turned rude. I observed this one day when a lady in front of me walked up to his line he greeted her with hello how are you. Then when I walk up to check out not only did he not greet me he said not one word at all. And continues to do this every time im there. I will choose another Wawa to go to. Like i said Young and Weird.

I just want to bring to the manager's attention the disgusting manner in which Sharon treats customers. I was polite as can be- I said to her "may I please have a bag?". She rolled her eyes, scowled and shoved the bag at me. Maybe she thought I didn't "need" a bag because I only bought two items, but that's none of her business.
