Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Florida

I've lived next to this Sonic for about 5 years and only really recently the past 2 years seriously try it

drive thru tends to be long sometimes and a couple quick, workers are always friendly, food is always decent, but today their crispy chicken samdwhich at 11pm was HOT with crispy bits on the edges, you could feel the heat through the wrapper, it feels like a proper fast food sandwhich

I love the system where you go to a stall and click a button, I can't believe sonic is THEE best for non-car civilians, you can use the app, take the time to order and then you drive to a stall put your number in and they come out and give it to you, even chick filet you have to still go through drive thru or ask inside

drinks always usually solid with a lot of crushed ice, love their ocean breeze blue soda

their sides always can use some work in the department of portions, for fries and tots and such, but there are reasons, i hope theyll be given abundancy to give more

It also seems to me that cheeseburgers are also always decent, but I would just do double patty or more, for a more meatier bite

their crispy chicken tenders have also been always decent with crunch

this location does sometimes forget to give your sauces but half the time remembers

and also thank this location for putting a door dash type seal on my drink as I am on a bicycle

they always got the classic mint candy in the bag

of course a fast food restraunt literally on a interstate road will have all that chaos with it, but thank you workers for sticking it out for thousands of hungry souls wondering on by

I give you guys a 4 not a 3 because I've had restraunts where the food has been extremely questionable, and of course every restraunt has its own general issues, i cannot give a 5 unless its about 15$ for a bunch of food at speed and quality of life for all manners of people coming to order the food

I think sonic is definitely a 4 for being able to cater for non-car civilians in the way that it has, its absurd this city has existed for decades and we are this far behind with so many businesses, I hope we'll all learn and interchange like this with all...

Normally I really enjoy sonic, but since covid started this sonic specifically stopped using the stalls so it's drive thru only. Today I waited 28 minutes to get my food. Most of the wait is before you can even order. I am assuming to beat the timers, they won't take your order at all if they have two cars waiting at the window for their food. Once you order it's fairly quick. The sonic on 23rd Street is still taking stall orders so the drive thru isn't as backed up. Also, I had walked to this sonic from my workplace, tried to order at the patio menu, they don't offer that either, even if you are wearing your mask. I had to walk all the way back and get my car. They should maybe put up some signs or something at the road and at the stalls. I watched so many people pull into a stall to order food only to be told it's drive thru only and then be stuck there because of the drive thru people in line behind them. Not to mention there isn't enough room to get around the cars in the drive thru if you decide it's taking too long, you are stuck there until the cars in front of you hit that turn to order. At that point you can get around them. Sorry this review is so long, but I figure people should be aware of what they might be getting into when trying to get some sonic...

I should have known better but I keep giving the Thomas Dr. location another chance and I keep getting let down. Today I rode in on my motorcycle and was told after 5 minutes of hitting the call button that they were drive thru only. This fact is not posted anywhere. In the past we have received 3 different sized drinks for the same order, was told that there was no sausage for a breakfast sandwich but they had sausage for breakfast burritos, one morning stopped in for a coffee and was told there was no coffee. I don't understand how they still operate? Every time I go there, there is some sort of issue, they are out of something or they just plain screw up our order. Please turn the sign off and let the trees grow up around you so you stop bothering your employees with doing work or practicing customer service. To everyone else, there's a McDonalds...
