I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the experience my mom had today. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been coming here and enjoying the pizza and pasta with zero complaints. However, the ATTITUDE of some of these servers is unacceptable. I work a serving job, I WOULD BE WRITTEN UP AT LEAST for being so blatantly disrespectful and rude to PAYING customers. Not only was my mom made to wait 20 minutes when her pizza was ready so the servers could do so called “important” tasks, her full order wasn’t even handed to her. Two pizzas, one cheese and one greek, and fries. She was turned away several times, VERY rudely. They literally assisted SEVERAL other people BEFORE my mother, even though she was here before them. I have never left a review anywhere before, this is my first time.This establishment’s quality of service has decreased by an unfortunate amount and I suggest you find a restaurant with better service before you come here. unbelievable. the food isn’t even as important as the kindness of those serving and assisting. First let me start off by saying we have been ordering from Boston Style as long as they have been in business. I remember watching the renovations of the building and wondering what it was going to be like. we have ordered out and gone to sit down and eat as well. Within the last few weeks, we have noticed a difference in the food quality. first we noticed the large stromboli didnt seem as big as it used to be. they would fill the pizza box, then.... not so much. I did bring this up to them and they did give me a credit towards my next order. this past weekend, (10/30/2016)we ordered 25 mild buffalo wings. well, what we got was sweet and spicy wings, almost a BBQ flavor. so i called and explained what i ordered and what I received. I was told that is their mild wings. let me say again, we have ordered from Boston Style for many years and never ran into this before. sweet and spicy wings are not mild wings, they are sweet and spicy wings. If I wanted this, i would have asked for sweet and spicy or BBQ wings. In my opinion it is very mis-leading. due to these recent changes, Boston Style has lost a long time and frequent customer, my search for a new take out restaurant ...

Well almost 10 years of regular business at Boston Style Pizza has come to an end. We have been regulars as a family and had grown to love the people and the food there. Today that changed when someone "working" there chased after me into the parking lot after i left following lunch with my w girls - 7 & 8yo. She accused them of making a mess in the bathroom and told me i had to bring them back. I told her that wasn't like them and I needed to talk to them first. Her rude response was to tell me to never come back. I went in after talking to my kids and there was a mess but I'm not sure why mine were blamed so rudely and by someone who had been sitting doing nothing the entire time we dined. If this how this restaurant will treat customers we won't be back. We even met our nanny at this restaurant and thought of it as a friendly place. I will certainly apologize where my family or I make mistakes but my girls swear they didn't.
