The sales person told us they were available always to speak with, but every time, my calls go to some call center, NOT THE SALESMAN, then they send people to simply spray around some stuff again which still does nothing. After I finally had enough, I called trying to get a refund and they wouldn’t stop dodging my request and instead they give empty apologies, the same goes for when I request to speak with a manager. I really am hoping there will be better support from the customer service team when dealing with customers.
There were more than one issue popped up and the team just didn’t help satisfactory with multiple attempts. I do appreciate you reaching out directly to resolve the open issues. In my opinion, it should not be that hard for the team or team leads reaching out via phone.
