I want to start this off by saying my first experience with Lee's was good. There was some error on online ordering and it wouldn't let me pay or place my order online. I called,(very friendly employees)and they took payment over the phone, my son picked it up no issues. Today I had my second experience online ordering worked perfect. I went to pickup my timed order and they asked for email verification which I did not have as its my husband's email account and I used our home computer which is tied to his email. They were not going to give me my order/food that I paid for already online because I did not have this email verification. They refused at first saying its store policy. Apparently its a thing people steal people's orders. I highly doubt Upper sandusky has chicken thieves!! People honestly can't be that desperate!!!!! Also how is it even possible that some random person at that exact time would even know a name to give for a timed pickup order? I was not happy still not happy!!! I drove 20 miles placed and paid for an order and they weren't going to give it to me. I told the employee to verify the last 4 digits on my credit card for proof even offered my drivers license for proof. Why would i lie about picking up a food order? Nothing like being accused of trying to steal someones food , and then tell me to have a better day!!!! Seriously my day was fine until i wanted to eat this eveing and get told i couldn't have my food i already paid for! Before leaving this review I looked online when I got home and it does not mention a code to pick up on the online ordering screen. Even better on the actual receipt in the email its says under the order number "YOU DON'T NEED THIS NUMBER AT PICKUP" Horrible experience I hope no one else has an experience like this! You're employees atleast deserve a pat on the back trying to avoid loss, but they handled this situation poorly, not eveyone is out for a handout or trying to steal food!!!! I won't...
   Read moreFood was great! Portions not as generous as Marion. It was hot and very stuffy. Not comfortable. There were lots of employees. We were asked to wait to place our order. We waited about 5 minutes. Not sure why. Placed our order. Food was ready in 15 minutes. Lots of order mistakes with other customers. Missing sauces, missing gallon jug of tea, long waits, order was to go but came out as dine in. We were missing our sauces as well.
It seemed as though the check out was over tasked while others were just standing around. He was working hard to accommodate but wasn’t able to get all the requests completed. Not sure if there was a manager on duty but they seemed to have a disconnect with duty assignment.
The floor was a hazard. Very slippery from grease perhaps to lack of ac not working. I can’t recommend eating inside.

Every time I've been here or to any other Lee's, I've always been able to substitute a drink for a second side, and it's one of the main reasons I go. Well, I went today, and the lady said, "Oh no, you can't do that; that's not allowed." So I said whatever and got my food.
