Mike's Dairy Bar — Restaurant in Upper Sandusky

My Co-Buddies and I walked our students from the school to our local ice cream shop, In Upper! It was a proud teacher moment, our students did great. This was a very well deserved trip and our ONLY trip this year!❤️😊

HOWEVER…… The lady at the counter of OUR LOCAL ICE CREAM SHOP, Ask our children to stay outside. I was shocked to hear this….. Sooooo, here I am….. Lady, you have NO BUSINESS being in customer service!! And let me ask you 1 simple question, if a family of 12 came walking in the door that had children with disabilities, would you ask them to stay outside!!! 🤯You should be ashamed of yourself !

Needless to say, Me and my family will NOT support the LOCAL BUSINESS,...

I remember when this was originally the Upper Sandusky Dairy Bar. We always went there when driving to and from visiting our family. The dairy bar is about an hour and 20 minutes from me. We always got the everything sauce burger and curly fries. Then the owners sold it. When it reopened it was not the same. The 5 star burgers were now 1 star What were the best curly fries were now half cooked and soggy. We never went back. I'd love to know if it's improved and if they sell those everything sauce burgers and if their curly fries are any better now. Or perhaps they don't even sell those anymore. They did have good milkshakes and root beer and...

The ice cream cones are great here. Today, however, I decided to try a flurry. The top load ked like a sundae, so I said something to them. I was told there is always a dollop of ice cream on top and the rest is mixed. It was not mixed until I got to almost the bottom. It really was not a flurry at all. Like I said cones are great and ice cream is wonderful, but this was in no way shape or form a flurry. Also they made the wrong thing for the person with me. This person was not happy either. I will be back for a cone or soda, but...
