Grossly unprofessional! Completely rude when I referred another carpet cleaners input that reenterrated HIS own input that the carpet needed to be replaced anyways and the saturation with dog urine was severely bad. I am hired from my clients to hire and set up design, tasks, cleaning, organizing that they do not have time for. He then refused to speak with me because I was not buying into "fixing" this with cleaning and so bad he wouldn't guarantee for the urine in the carpet, as he stated "the carpet is on its last legs". Then insisted that he speak with the owner instead of me. I again explained that "my clients want me to handle this, that's what I'm hired for so really you should speak with me" he bailed out of the house calling over his shoulder that he wouldn't. Really?! 😦 So you can't handle speaking with a professional woman that may not be buying your BS? At least the other company was honest enough to give me the truth about the carpet and wasn't going to waste my clients money by "trying" when is was futile to clean it and it NOT fix the issue. Gambling with my clients money isn't a good idea for anyone. Sorry Fratto...
