The wife and I are 67 years old. We have eaten at Cassano's for years, in many different locations. We are from Indian lake Ohio. We were in Urbana today and decided to stop at Cassano's when we seen it, I'm sorry but that was the biggest mistake we made the entire day. To start with there was no menu to take to the table and take your time to look over, secondly the lady taking the order was really rather rude. Then I decided to order the deluxe medium size and the wife a personal pan a Hawaiian pizza. The lady taking the order asked me what I wanted on the Hawaiian pizza. I told her the normal she didn't know what that was. We were dining in, my deluxe pizza was brought out on a piece of cardboard, not even a metal Pizza Pan like most pizza places. The wife's personal pan pizza was brought to the table on a piece of cardboard not a metal pan or a dish like most other pizza places. I do have pictures of I can figure out how to attach them to this review. There was little to no sauce on the deluxe little to no cheese on the deluxe could not figure out what the items were that look like rice I'm assuming it was onion and the peppers and onions were a little tiny pieces and I had to search for them on the pizza. I will say this they had plenty of salt on that deluxe medium size pizza because I'm not as salt eater and I could not even stand to finish the pizza. The wife's personal pan was very salty as well. Those two pizzas and one diet Pepsi fountain drink cost us $35.00 and some change. I want back to the counter to complain about the deluxe pizza ingredients and taste, for some reason it didn't seem to bother either the manager or the lady who took the order. This was the worst casinos I've ever been in in my life. We definitely will not return to the Cassano's in Urbana Ohio.

We've been eating Cassanos for years...way back when they were in Columbus(Grove City burbs)...but since they are long gone locally, we usually get it in Springfield or Dayton, but with inconsistent quailty...this is our 1st visit to this location, and holy perfection, Batman, this place has it down pat...THIS is the Cassanos we fondly remember, made and cooked perfectly! And on a side note, the breadsticks were amazeballs! Will definitely be back!

Terrible pizza. I don't like pizza that tastes like Epson salt over bread. I'll stick with the typical franchise pizza like Domino's or Pizza Hut. I feel bad that people of Urbana only have THAT place as their only family style pizza place. They're missing out on what REAL pizza is supposed to look and taste like. It looks as bad as it tastes. I'm sorry to say that but I've been all over the US and this was the worse.

Would of left a 0 star rating but not possible to leave less that a 1, it wont allow you to post it...

Ordered 2 subs and a bag of chips, 36 dollars. Ah ok, we ordered extra toppings which we didn't get, and ask for toppings to be left off. The only things they got right was the cheese and type of sandwich. Adding one of the toppings clearly ask to be removed that's it, no other topping even the ones we originally were happy to pay extra for. I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was a miss communication, no, the recite is dead on to what I ordered. So after waiting 40 mins for the original order to be delivered, we call customer service cause you cant directly call the store apparently. Get told as long as we haven't ate 25% of the order we could get a remake, or a discount off the next order. Fine remake it, "still think it is messed up that is the only options", other wise id have to talk to the district manager. "you know what why not go ahead and forward me after completing the remake", voicemail which hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation and ask for a call back.

40 mins later delivery 2. Starving I open them up I see topping one, two and three that we payed extra for, "Awesome". Bite in, it is still smothered in the requested topping that they placed on both wrong orders this time its not even edible for me. call them back to the same response, and proceed to get forwarded to a managers voicemail for the second time. Which I know I wont get a response to. So moral of the story is I will not be ordering from the store in Urbana ever again or throwing money on it for family get togethers from any Cassano's. As well as we will be finding a replacement for our office meetings as we usually drop 135 to 170$ every 2 weeks at the lakeview store. Shame on you and your customer service and " No more...

Oh boy, oh boy! Where do I begin? Well, I think I know! I got an extra large deluxe pizza, and oh my was it awful! Didn't justify the price and the things that I had to endure from who I will refer to as "Buzz-cut Bandit." This young man is apparently the 'head honcho' at your store, and he wasn't a pleasant 'hombre' at all! I went to order my meal for my family after a hard day of work, and what did I get in return! Piss poor customer service!

I'm sooooo tired of Cassano's letting Buzz run the store. Actually, he's not a manager, but he acts as if he is, and even claimed, "I'm the big dog around here, I'm next in line, chief." Well, little did he know, now all of Google knows about him! Also, why would you EVER let him not wear a hair net? That's a health/safety violation, I don't want his DNA anywhere near me. He was the one making my pizza, and didn't wear gloves. He wiped the sweat from his brow and continued to work on my meal, which was ABSOLUTELY REPUGNANT!

I will not visit again! The Buzz-cut Bandit has finally made it a final decision for me!...
