Requested utensils with our pizza because I was traveling 2.5 hours south for a business meeting. Those didn't come. Asked for 2 receipts (again because it was a business meeting) and no receipts were brought. Called the restaurant on my 2.5 hour drive back north to ask them to email me a copy of the receipt and was told by an employee that door dash took it (I ordered over the phone directly from your store) so I said I still need a receipt, then the manager Chris comes on the phone and says i can come pick it up because only the GM (Sam) could email that and they wouldn't be back until Wednesday... that's baffling that you can't scan a copy of the receipt to me. I Asked him to take a picture of the receipt and send it to me. He refused. I asked him to call the GM and he said he wouldn't because she specifically told her staff not to call her... you get a 5/5 on Food quality, a 5/5 on delivery arrival time, but a 0/5 in customer satisfaction all because you couldn't remember a receipt and when presented with multiple reasonable resolutions, you refused. To think, this could have all been resolved with the "scan to email" function... what GM tells their staff not to call them? You're the GM... that's part of your job... that's why you're salaried...I'll make you a deal, impress me by having that receipt in my inbox by midnight 11/01/21 and il update this to a 5 star review about how your guest recovery is good. Otherwise il look forward to that...
Read moreI placed an order on February 3rd, 2024 for carryout. I was never greated when I walked in the store. Their was no sense of urgency when making my order. The restaurant was very slow as far as orders coming in. It took an extended amount of time to make a large epic stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza with an 8 piece wing. When I got home I realized I didn't receive pepperoni on my pizza or did I receive the stuffed crust. I paid 31 bucks for my order. When I called back and spoke to the manager I was met with an attitude and hung up on. I used to work at papa johns for 6 years as a assistant manager. First and foremost the restaurant was filthy on the inside and saw employees working there with sandals on. They were playing loud rap music and the women taking my order could barely hear me because the music was so load in the restaurant. I know exactly how it works at papa johns after working there for year's. I can tell you this if that store was to receive an inspection they would fail their inspection. I will be calling corporate to make this right. I will never go back to this...
Read moreI will preface this statement with pointing out that more people come online to give a rating and a review when upset about something instead of singing the praises. That being said - this is my normal store I do business with and they are normally spot-on. I am rating them a 3 star as of now because I ordered my pizza before 6:00 tonight. I work in the basement of a building - so I called them at 6:30 as I had not received my customary phone call when they arrive. I was told when I called in that they are swamped and that they had not even started making the pizza yet. Really? I asked when did she think they would have it done - and I was told another hour. That being said - my delivery time was estimated to be 1 hour and 45 minutes..........for a Papa John's....no way Jose. Cancelled the order - and wasn't given anything but a "really sorry". I'm really sorry too - as my confidence level has sunk based on this experience. ...
