I went to T-Mobile on September 19th! I was hoping to work with Tess but she wasn’t available. No worries… there were 2 other employees there. I was worried because I knew it was late but I needed a tablet for my son’s birthday. When i tell you the service was TRASH!! Guys i can’t make it up. The crazy thing is… he didn’t have to sell me anything because I knew i was leaving with an IPad. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was African American.
He lacked communication & long story short he added a line on my account & didn’t even explain the plan he chose for me. He made me enter my credit card information in & billing information in… which I’m used to them servicing me & typo in the information for me. He tried ordered me a tablet since they didn’t have it in stock & that didn’t work. I ended up leaving with a line added to my account & no one to purchase the physical item I was adding a line for.
I had to go to Chicago just to get the tablet & get my account figured out.
Y’all, if you not going to Tess or the young lady & she has working with her… don’t go! Professionalism is big for me & so is customer service! The gentleman who worked on my account needs better training! No matter what time of day it is, your best is always what the customer should receive! If you aren’t able to deliver that… don’t show...
Read moreTK was the sweetest. She made me feel so very much at home. My appointment was at 3:30 and she was already waiting for me at the door when i walked in with friendly eyes and tone of voice. The whole encounter with her was very pleasant, considering I was having some issues with my bank card and other technical issues. She kept it cool and friendly and made sure to be helpful, sweet, and courteous with me the whole time. She even showed kindness to her co-workers during the stressful technical issues. She seems like a pleasure to have as a colleague as well. I see TK moving up the ladder extremely quickly because of the way she makes customers feel and her product knowledge. Today I switched over from another carrier to T-mobile and to be honest, you were a big reason for it. You were able to answer all of my questions and help me feel very at ease transitioning into a new service provider. Read moreBest Buy recommended going to T mobile for a Sim Card my handicapped friend needed for a tablet. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and found the store handicapped challenged. There was no way for my friend to get to the store within 10 minutes and no where for them to sit once in the store. After explaining the situation to Ian, the only employee on a Sunday, he promptly secured the store, grabbed his tablet and went out to help my friend from the car. Ian took his time, was cheerful, and even explained why they were having difficulty and what was needed. To his credit, he also took the time to talk to me when I expressed interest in T Mobile's home internet. I'm sure Ian was looking forward to going home and salvaging a bit of the weekend, but he never made us feel like we were unwelcomed or bothersome - the exact opposite.
