Update: on 02/05/2025 my backpack knocked against the ladders stacked against the wall by the chairs and I was scared that the ladders would fall over (see photo). Very unsafe location to store ladders.
Also ALL of their tortilla chips were expired dated October 2024 and December 2024 (it is currently February 5, 2025). You’d think that’d be someone’s job to go through the stock on hand. Yes not very many people likely buy tortilla chips at Starbucks but for the food selection that is available, that is so tacky to have like 4 month old outdated stale chips and sell them.

Overall impression: Have been going there for years and seen a significant decline in service speed over the years
Pros: -some of their employees are super friendly -I love the new personal cup option of bringing your own cup. You get 10 cents off and you earn 25 bonus stars!
Cons: -the drive thru is pretty slow here. I don’t know if they are understaffed but it’s a recurring issue -this location is sold out of items a lot and seem to have a problem with ordering enough food and drink syrups etc -the parking lot is a dangerous driving area if you’re not paying attention. It’s squeezed into the shared lot with Wingstop and not much navigation room -this location doesn’t have ice water on their menu so you can’t order it ahead with your mobile order like at some Starbucks locations -many many times here I have had sandwiches not warmed up enough and served lukewarm. Like ice cold in the middle. -I have been given the wrong items before in the drive thru for mobile orders -sometimes it tastes like drinks aren’t made correctly at this location where they are watered down or almost all milk and not correct proportion of ingredients. -in September 2024 I had a spinach breakfast wrap and it tasted spoiled -they often forget siracha packs if you order them for sandwiches so be sure to check the bag before leaving

I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for several years and have always enjoyed my visits, but this recent experience really made me question whether I should return.
I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, the app clearly showed that it was “Ready-to-go.” However, there was nothing at the pickup area. I approached a female staff member to ask about my order, but before I could finish speaking, she abruptly cut me off and said, “The order will be ready to pick up here.” I waited several more minutes but saw no sign of anyone preparing my drink.
I approached her again, showing the “Ready-to-go” notification on my phone. She responded impatiently with the same vague remark about the pickup area. I explained that I had placed the order 15 minutes ago, but instead of helping, she gave me a dismissive look, reluctantly asked for my name, and eventually found my drink sitting on the drive-through table the entire time.
This kind of rude and unhelpful behavior is completely unacceptable and unlike the service I’ve received here in the past. I strongly urge the store manager to provide better training on customer service and proper etiquette. If a staff member cannot distinguish between mobile and drive-through orders, it’s questionable whether they are adequately prepared...
Read moreI walked into the store and minus the drive thru occupants there were only two of us in the store and 7 employees. No one greeted me, my 3 drinks were sitting on the counter apart from each other on different sides of their alphabetized counter organization setup. I thought I was just waiting on my 3rd drink to get finished as 2 were next to each other until I noticed one person stopped making drinks and was focused on cleaning. Finally after sitting there for a few minutes it was clear I was invisible today, I then walked over to find they don't use their own organization setup and my drinks were ready, I had to reach behind the counter and grab my own drink carrier and then finally as I was leaving I was told to have a good day. Guess I'm not invisible! I just received the same horrible service from Dunkin Donuts this morning so I left and that is the only reason I went to Starbucks. The drinks weren't even for me. I was just being nice to co-workers who I don't get to see often as a traveling support manager. 6/21/25 approx 9:50am, for anyone who may see this and care to verify.
