Just go refused to be served at the drive thru. Ordered a gallon of root beer and wanted 6 cups. Mikaela if that’s her real name, refused to give me the cups . I said ok just give me the root beer but with as much as you charge for that I would think you could throw in some cups. She said that I could leave and have a good day. I said I will leave when I get my root beer. She’s said I could go to the one on the east side and to have a good day. It’s hard to have a good day after refusing to serve me. I’ve been going there for years buying their root beer and getting cups. Saying having a good day doesn’t keep customers. Am going to let everybody I know that this just happened. Worst experience ever. Bought the whole family dinner after church and after taking 10 minutes to take our order, they left us waiting at the window for 20 minutes without saying a word. We were the only car! I literally called them and they said "oh, its getting boxed up now" then they forgot 2 of our kids' fries, and the fries we did get were like 4 fries in a box. Picture included. The chicken tender kids meal had one tender. ONE! burgers were almost inedible. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever and it cost us 65 bucks. Should have read the reviews. How is this place open? Hope we dont get sick.

This place has totally lost my respect and services. I'd rather drive an hour away to another location vs go to one that's literally blocks from my residents. Asked about prices on few fish fillets at window and lady refused to let me put base there and stated that I'd have to drive around the dam store and go through the ordering process again… I was the only person in line! Ordered a RB float and was handed large with lid not secure - spilled in car at window! Lady in window gave three napkins and walked away.
