We had pulled up to the speaker literally five seconds after ordering on the app. We had requested that the veggies on our double meat be on the side. We had a small drive home and didn’t want nasty soggy hot vegetables. The woman told us to pull on the outside line away from the window and tell them then. There was no one to tell. The, assumed manager, came out with our receipt with an awful attitude and rudely asked, “What is the problem? Your food is already made”. Strange she came out to say that but didn’t have our food. She seemed extremely annoyed and said “We can just remake it.” Well since the food was supposedly done I said forget it. We then waited FIFTEEN more minutes to get our food!! How was it ready but then we had to wait?? The quality was awful. The food was disgusting, old, and soggy. The “manager” sent out a poor employee to give us our food and she said, “My boss said next time you have an issue you can call the store and we’ll fix it.” THERE WAS NO ISSUE. So I went thru the drive thru told the person working my order (I had to repeat myself multiple times to insure we they heard me and it was clear what I ordered) repeated the order back to me correctly. Went up paid for my food. Took everything home and nothing was right... I proceed to call the store, they told me to come up there and they fix it. Okay, no problem. My husband went into whataburger, so I won't go off on anyone. I understand mistakes happen I get it. So I let him handle the situation. However, my Husband comes back out and says they said everything looks "right" I dont know what you saw (mind you he didn't check the order I did) comes back out with the "fixed" order for home is still wrong... I'm pissed off... Not only did whataburger not fix there mistakes they tried to make me out a fool. No I'm good. I will not be coming back for a long time. Read moreOrdered a burger, fries, tea, and a shake. Waited in the drivethru for 20 minutes and someone came out and mistook me for a different order, and asked me to pay. I used the app so I had already paid. When she figured out she had the wrong person she went back in. A couple minutes later she brought me everything but the shake, and told me they hadn’t made it yet. The lid on my tea was left loose so I spilled a little of it on me, and by that time I had been there almost 25 minutes, so I finally left without my shake as it was 17 minutes passed the pickup time on the app and I was now 10 minutes late for work. Oh, and also, the fries were put in the bag upside down and crushed by the wad of napkins and ketchup whoever filled the order fisted the bag with, and they were soggy and just barely warmer than room temp. Not sure how a place gets this bad, but I’m local and I won’t be coming back to see if it got any better. Absolute dumpster fire of a restaurant.
