This Dunkin really needs to reevaluate its hiring practices. This location seems to be run by highschoolers who literally donāt care about customer service or making the business profit. It seems as though every time I come to this location, my order is completely wrong or things are left out because they are goofing off. Just now, 20 minutes before closing, I was told they donāt have anything left and canāt serve me (I suspect they already cleaned up and just donāt want to be at work a minute past 7pm) š so Iām heading over to the Dunkinā Donuts on Lincoln Highway because I know they will happily throw together a sandwich with a smile on their face with even less time til closing. 𤷠I hate leaving less than 5 star reviews, and you can see that I donāt one stars very often, but Iāve just had far too many bad experiences at this location to not let...

I had to fill the orders inside the store n the drive thru. I was fired...

I checked the sticker, and there was no mocha listed, so I politely asked for her to add it. No big deal. She took the drink and came back swirling it, but there was clearly still no mocha added. It's fine if you mishear the order, but when asked to fix it, why would you not just do so? And why would you act like you fixed it, but obviously did not? It's petty...
