McDonald's — Restaurant in Uwchlan Township

It’s McDonald’s food and I got what I expected. The order was right. The food was made correctly and most importantly the happy meals had everything including a toy. So often at the drive-through a various McDonald’s, something is missing in the happy meal with a toy the apple slices the sauce for the nuggets, it’s such a disappointment for the kids when you arrive home and one of them has a toy and the other one does it . But as I stated everything was correct this location . so on a McDonald’s restaurant scale of one to five it gets a five. We dined in order ahead and scanned the table to have our food delivered to the table. It arrived in about a minute and a half and was hot. The main reason the place only got three stars is most of the tables were dirty . There with her two grandchildren so we needed a table for four either there a single person was sitting at a larger table, which is no problem. It had an iPad or a computer out and doing things while they’re reading. The remaining tables at food wrappers pieces of food, catch up or something else on the table. I have been here 5 times and EVERYTHING Is been rotten service. Fed up with it I called and spokespoke the the Manager Edith today who claims she will do something about the attitude and poorpoor of if the window girl with short multicolored hair Kid didn't even look at me handing me food and drink. Neglected to give me a straw and closed window and walked away. I called her then tried honking a couple times and finally knocked on the window Mind you she was 5 ft from the window this whole time. When she finally came back to the window and I asked for the straw she says did you even order anything here as she's handing it to me! I hadn't moved I have a Mcdonald drink in my drink holder and the bag in clear site on my seat!

On another date I went inside. Clarified my order the three times I was asked and guess what? Yup... They got it wrong. When I went to sit down at 7 am with only 1 other customer in the entire place EVERY table was dirty! Really dirty.,not brush it off and might be ok dirty but needed serious wiping down.. Ridiculous. They chat more amongst themselves than they car about service courtesy...

Food We both went for the Grand McExtreme. Both were dry, almost non existent sauce and onion. The bacon was overcooked as was the burger. We found we had to ask for extra sauce for we could not find any in or around the beverage/ napkin/ straw area. The small fries my wife had were proper. My large fries arrived about 75-80% full. This indicates inconsistent portion control, which is unlike McDonald’s. My wife had an iced coffee which she said was good. I had a blue raspberry slushy which I thought was too sweet.

Atmosphere. The building had been rebuilt awhile back so is practically new. The inside was clean. We did not check the bathrooms for cleanliness.

Staff The staff(young lady) at the counter was polite and prompt. Spoke with a good cadence, articulation and diction.
