Didn't have as great experience as other customers. I recently bought a pair of wired headphones for my phone. I used them for less than 2 weeks and the right ear bud no longer works and you can hear the parts rattling in the headset. I went to return them and at first the person I spoke to didn't believe that I bought them there until I showed the receipt. He said they could not take them back and I had to go directly to the manufacturer. Then he said he couldn't take them back because of Covid. It was almost like I was bothering him that I was in the store at all. I never write a bad review as I have been in the customer services industries for many years, but this was beyond brutal. Purchased a couple devices from them. The gentleman Moses helping us nice guy personally but royally screwed up our plan and billing. -I chose this location because the location at the Shoppes at Blackstone Valley has rude employees. The Uxbridge location, the people are extremely nice. -It's nice to talk to a person face to face and not deal with stuff over the phone. -My daughters phone arrived a day early (YAY)

-Tried to charge me a setup fee I knew nothing about. -Setup my daughters phone under my number and deactivated my daughters phone which meant i had to call Verizon to have the issue fixed.
