Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Vacaville

I keep seeing ads for the Little Caesars Fantastic 4 Pizza for $7.99, so couldn’t turn down the deal. Little Caesars is not know for high quality pizza, but I actually like the taste of their pizzas. The Fantastic 4 Pizza has 4 flavors in 1 pizza: cheese; pepperoni; pepperoni with jalapeños and sausage. There were about 3 slices of each flavor. I ordered 2 of these pizzas on their App and it was ready in at the time promised when I arrived to pick them up. They give you a code after you pay for and submit your order to open the warming oven where your finished order is waiting for you to pick up. You can basically order the pizza and pick it up without any contact with the employees, which was my case. Overall experience was easy as long as I did not need to ask an employee for anything (no one was at the counter to greet me or say goodbye/thank you when I arrived). I would come back for the deals. Called to place an order at 9:23pm, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes but didn't even ask for a name, had to ask if they needed a name and they said "oh yeah... what's the name?" So when we got there, they had no order on their screen so the girl went to the back, they argued for a minute in spanish then the girl came back and we had to give the order again. She gave a personal size soda for the inconvenience. Waited about 10 minutes for a pizza and crazy bread, which should've been already made. The order sticker on the box says our order was placed at 9:49pm. That's honestly just lazy lol. Also speaking spanish doesn't always mean people can't...

So this just happened...called in my order of one pretzel crust pizza and cheesy bread. They said 15-20 minutes, thats how far I live from there. Get there tell them what I ordered the person said she is cutting it now, it will just be a minute. No problem. 10 minutes later I ask if its its ready. He said it will be 7 minutes for the pizza?! What...I called it in? I never write reviews BTW. Also I felt like I had to because of how many time this has happened. At least 4 times now. WTF?! Get it together! Communicate to each other. You take a call tell the person in the back....
