I’ve been an Uber Eats and DoorDash driver for over 6 years, and I’ve picked up from this Taco Bell many times without any issues.. until Friday night. The so-called “manager,” Rochelle, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and difficult to deal with from start to finish.
When I arrived at the intercom, there was silence for a while before she finally said something, but her voice was so muffled through her mask I could barely understand her. The only part I heard clearly was her telling me to “wait,” and even that was said in a rude, dismissive tone. Since there were no cars ahead of me and it was just an Uber pickup, I pulled up to the window so I wouldn’t be sitting there looking crazy.
That’s when her attitude went full force. Rochelle was sassy, sarcastic, and condescending. She kept interrupting me, talking over me, rolling her eyes and neck, and giving me looks like I had done something wrong just for being there. When I mentioned I was also on the phone with Uber support, she didn’t care and just kept talking over me.
When I asked for her name, she flat-out refused and told me she “didn’t have to give it” to me. I reminded her she claimed to be the manager, and if that’s the case, there’s no reason to deny a customer or driver her first name. She only gave it to me after arguing and rolling her eyes.. completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
Even one of her coworkers seemed embarrassed, quietly mouthing an apology through the window, which told me everything I needed to know. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue with anyone else here.. only her.
If this is how a manager treats drivers and customers, Taco Bell needs to seriously address this. Someone with this attitude and lack of basic customer service skills shouldn’t be representing the brand or...

Drive through was over 10 minutes both times. Ordering in took almost 15 minutes!
The 1st drive through was around 9:00pm and I ordered the nacho fries box and you can tell that they are NOT a company that should be selling fries... They were soggy and cold. Super long wait. Very nice woman at the window.
The 2nd drive through was probably 7:00pm and I ordered the regular $5 box. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Super long wait. Another very friendly woman at the window.
The 3rd and last time I ordered a simple burrito at around 3:30pm and it took almost 15 minutes to get my order. The guy at the register was pleasant.
There's another location about 2 miles away and I'm going to try that location in the future in the hope that the wait times...
Read moreCompletely obnoxious. Since I don’t drive yet I often go in the restaurant and honestly most of the time I get there and it’s straight up locked before they are supposed to close. It’s really annoying especially when I have to walk all the way from my house. One time I walked all the way from my house and they had the doors locked at seven f** p.m. and there was just a bunch of employees at the table eating looking at me . So I called an Uber just to take me through the drive-through and take me home because I’m really annoyed and guess what two minutes before my Uber got there, low and behold, the doors were magically unlocked as I saw someone else walking in. It’s absolutely obnoxious if you want to dine there don’t go there after seven it’s probably going...
