I order from here a lot online since I work 10 hours at my job and order here almost once a week. If I could get compensation from my oder being a veggie delight (they made it extra lettuce) when I ordered tuna (the most expensive add on because I like tuna) with extra cheese. I got literally crumbs of tuna. Perhaps they didn’t wanna make another tray of tuna. Even though I put my order in an hour and 30 minutes before closing. I worked for subway and I know the owner of this specific location (owns multiple in the area). And I won’t lie, the employees get lazy and don’t really have accountability. But if it was their food, bet they would expect it from who’s serving them. Very inconsistent place when it’s really hard to mess up making subs. I seen the employee outside sitting at one of the tables close to the entrance on her phone and she did see me coming in. There were a few vehicles and people around but I paid no attention to them. I spent 10 minutes waiting patiently and asked politely out loud if anyone was in the back or if anyone else was back there. I asked about three or more times and then I just left. Horrible customer service from a Subway Employee that is on their night shifts, particurly that woman who just stayed on her phone and didn’t even bother to help me. This bad experience is quite awful but Ihope to return when Mike is working nights. He has a genuine care to help people out unlike that woman yesterday night. Never gets the order right, always missing items, and just now I waited 40 minutes for the driver to arrive at the store only to text me that the store ran out of turkey. First off how do you run out of turkey, but even then, you don’t have the courtesy to inform me or Grubhub you can’t fulfill the order once it’s placed? Instead waste my time and the delivery driver. When I try to call, they never answer. If I do get the food, the sandwich is horribly put together.
