If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I recently moved here. I don't expect much from a fast food place to begin with but they sure managed to surprise me with how much they mess up here. I visited this location one day and made my order then took a seat and waited for them to call my number. The people that ordered after me ordered their food and remained standing by the counter. They called a number and I wasn't sure if it was mine, but I noticed the people that ordered after me grabbed the tray and took the food. I figured it was their number they called. I find out later that they called my number and they allowed those people to take my food without checking their receipt! And I ordered more food than they did. So basically I paid for food for other people to eat. I went up there and complained to manager because she was the one who called the order and let them take it without checking the receipt. All she did was how me a coupon for 1 free taco that I later found out had expired in June of 2016. (This incident happened in October of 2016). Now in November 2016 I visit this location again. This time I go through the drive thru. I make my order and they give me bag with the food. And I drive off home. I get home and notice they missed half of my order but still charged me for it! Now, it's not my JOB to make sure they got my order right. I've never had to deal with that, it's not hard to make sure people get what they paid for! I went back to this location complained. Read moreThis was our first visit to this location. The only way to order was at the kiosk which in my opinion takes way longer to order. I ordered the black beans and rice. I’ve never had it before and I would definitely order it again. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service was because there was a mix up with our order and they put nacho cheese on my beans and rice. It didn’t come with cheese and I don’t eat cheese. When I went to the counter she couldn’t tell me why cheese was added and was somewhat hesitant to make it right. Also somehow we accidentally added fries to our order. The counter person pointed that out, but there were no fries on the tray. The counter person said she would get them for us. We’d already finished our meal by the time they came out. There was only one other person in the restaurant, so it shouldn’t have taken that long. Ordered 2 burritos, which were correct, and 3 tacos with no lettuce.The tacos were made with lettuce, employees appear to have removed the lettuce and then add the cheese. There was still lettuce in the tacos and it corrupts the taste. So frustrating that employees don’t take the time to remake fresh tacos. Called and talk to a shift supervisor and she handed me off to someone else, saying “can you take call, it’s someone complaining “. I guess this one more Taco Bell that I will not return too.
