Subway — Restaurant in Vadnais Heights

Edit: the manager messaged me apologizing, said they’d send me coupons in the mail and I never received them. I messaged them again and still no response. Terrible customer service.

Did curbside pickup today, I ordered a Turkey sandwich with just pickles, I made a note on the order saying I want lots and lots of pickles, as seen in picture below. And I did not get that whatsoever. It was hardly any pickles. I paid $9 for a sandwich with just little pickles and lots of Turkey. Then I also ordered another sandwich, which I got toasted and the cheese was so over cooked it was practically burned and not a lot of steak on there either. On both sandwiches the bread was so hard, it tasted like stale bread. On the last sandwich, there was hardly any steak either and the cheese wasn’t cooked. Usually they heat up the cheese with the steak even if it’s not toasted. Not impressed whatsoever and will not be returning to this...

I would love to have a manager or someone contact me about this review because I had absolutely the WORST experience. The employee was INCREDIBLY rude and had NO customer service skills. I waited in line for 20 minutes while he was chatting it up with another employee who was ordering several sandwiches. When it finally got to me because he had no sense of urgency whatsoever, instead of greeting me or apologizing for the wait, says "what do you want". Takes forever assembling my sandwich and when it's done toasting and ready for veggies, instead of contining with my order he starts asking the person BEHIND ME what they want. Finally gets back to me and I finish the sandwich and go to pay. Stick my card in, am waiting, and instead of telling me what needs to be done he says " waiting on you, man." Had a super long day, just wanted to get some food. It’s 6pm they don’t close til 8pm. And I walk in and just wanted my usual with my veggies, well basically all the veggies were gone- and the guy says he’s preparing to close, like what? I get prepping to close when it’s super slow, like doing dishes and floors, etc. but to put or not grab out more veggies is crazy. And like you know the days when you just really were craving a specific something and didn’t eat all day and then that entire hope and idea just vanished because of a lazy worker? And then for them to blatantly just don’t want to get or cut anything is just poor service. And someone needs to teach them how to cook the bread right because there’s also no reason the bread should be an inch and a half wide. This place...
