Terrible experience. After waiting for cashier to finish texting & finally acknowledge us I ordered a #4, 1/2lb. Double Cheese GrillBurger (cut in half) with onion rings, an order of pretzel sticks, and 2 childs orange dipped cones for me & my daughter to share. $14 We waited almost 15 minutes for our food.... Onion rings were almost burned, queso dip was cold, burger was missing onion and pickle. So I took it back to the counter & asked for a remake. Cashier wasn't too happy about being bothered. So, 10 more minutes go by and she brings our burger back. This time it was missing pickles and it was not even hot enough to melt the cheese. So, I go to the counter AGAIN and asked her if they were out of pickles. She got quite snappy with me claiming she made the burger herself and she knows she put pickles on it, insinuating that maybe I took the pickles off just to give her a hard time. So I go get the burger from our table & go back to the counter for a THIRD time. She gives me a side of pickles and alot of attitude. So finally we get to eat our burger how we like it and I see out front 2 employees smoking cigarettes. Like-why arent they smoking out back? Last thing I want to see or smell when eating is cigarette smoke. Tables had trash from previous customers left on all over the restaurant. The floors needed to be swept, straw papers & used napkins on the floor. Just an all around bad experience this time. We come here pretty often & I'm just very disappointed this time. Not sure if we will return. Im just rubbed the wrong way. I have been working in restaurants and customer service for 20 years & I'm just kind of shocked at the way we were treated.
If I could rate this experience...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru at 4:15. Line was slow, cashier on headset appeared to be very panicked and unsure of what she was doing. When we got the food, the fries were soggy and greasy. Chicken tenders for noticeably smaller than advertised, not a single large tender in 2 orders of the tender basket, especially for the $.
The coke tasted watered down, as if the carbonated water/syrup ratio was skewed toward the water portion. Only positive things I can say is the ice cream was decent, and it was free ice cream day, March 20th, the first day of spring. This DQ is LESS than a block away from my house and I can walk there, but I think i'll go somewhere else next time anyways. Convenience is a non-factor after this visit.. I work at an Applebee's, and everyone calls our fries "dairy queen fries", but these made me reevaluate that, ours are actually BETTER, and that saddens me because I paid for this...
Read moreNot as clean as it used to be. I ordered a milkshake with no whipped cream and the lady put whipped cream on it. Once she was confronted by the lady that took my order she went to the trashcan and raked the majority of it off. Wich in my opinion was very unprofessional. What if the person I ordered the milkshake for was allergic to whipped cream??? This isn't my first time at this dairy Queen. As a matter of fact I usually visit this location every other Friday. I was very unsatisfied and highly discussed.😠 In my opinion... This is what is wrong with the world today, people have no respect or cooth towards the people that supports the paycheck...
