So I came in today to try their donuts because Holtz was closed and I must say the lady was a little rude. Every time I would place my order are you done is that it is that it irritated me but the gentleman which I believe is Mr. Jim was absolutely a sweetheart. He was amazing. We got the sausage breakfast sandwich sandwiches. We ordered a dozen and a half of donuts they were amazing. Will definitely come back. Think I may have found my new home. Because of you Mr Jim thank you and I ate my breakfast sandwich before I even pulled out the driveway lol everybody dig into the donuts. I didn’t take a picture, but here’s what we have left.

My therapist told me there were 4 stages to my addiction with the Dixie Cream Donut Shop. First stage was when I saw the sign & stopped to buy one. Second stage was when I began stopping by a few times a week. Third stage began when I couldn't resist eating these donuts after every meal. I'm now in the 4th stage as I cannot stay away from the place. Know that these donuts are akin to street crack. You've been warned.

I recently visited the Dixie Cream Donut Shop at 804 N Oak St, in Valdosta, GA. I have been meaning to go there for a while. Finally made it. It's a very nice donut store. I bought a strawberry cake donut and a peach fritter. They were both great and enjoyed them with a cup of coffee. The place is having a bunch of work done to it and I will go back to see the results.

I've been a loyal customer of Dixie Cream Shop since I was a kid, and I've always loved their donuts. However, after my experience today, I'm sad to say I won't be returning. I waited in line for about 10 to 15 minutes, during which the staff member, an older gentleman, finished serving a customer but then proceeded to engage in a lengthy conversation with the customer instead of moving on to the next customer. There were three other customers behind me who were also waiting patiently. Eventually, a gentleman named Steve came over and asked if he could take my order. The initial staff member was too preoccupied with his conversation to assist, continued with his conversation so much that he couldn't complete my order. Steve came over to help, surprisingly defending the other gentleman, implying that his friendliness was more important than serving customers efficiently. While I appreciate a friendly atmosphere, customer service is crucial, especially when there's a line of people waiting. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to the needs of customers. As much as I love the donuts, I can't overlook the poor service I experienced today. I hope the shop can address these issues, but for now, I will be looking for a new place to...

This is literally the best donut shop in the area. I've been coming here for years, and there's never been a time they've disappointed. The service is always great. The atmosphere is always cozy, and makes you feel at home in a way, and the donuts are the freshest around any day of the week. They don't use anything extra besides the natural ingredients to make the donuts, which is another reason as to why I love this place , and their cinnamon roll pastry is one of their house specials, so definitely give it a try if you ever decide to visit.

They also have coffee, but I'm not a coffee drinker, so I wouldn't be able to tell you what that's like. They do have it though. I hope this review helps for anyone considering stopping...
