If i could give negative starts i would ! i first started buying from this location in march. All was well up untill a month ago when i got a Dryer from them. Upon delivery i realized the dryer was not working. After a week of calling multiple times i finally got ahold of someone who then lined up someone to come fix it. A week after that a random man showed up at my house at 9pm to fix my dryer. He then proceeded to state that it could not be fixed. A few days later i finally got told my dryer would be swapped for a NEW working dryer. After getting the NEW dryer i noticed LOTS of rust in the inside and outside and dents scratches EVERYWHERE. The dryer is more then 5 years old based off Data plate. This location is refusing to lower my original bill and continue to make me pay for a NEW dryer. I have called every day for a week and can not get ahold of anyone or get put on hold. As i am typing this i am on hold once again and have been on hold for 32 minutes. Nothing that had what i was looking for. I tried to compromise and get one 8 didnt even like then they wanted 2 payments upfront when the special on the ad said first week only $10. The lady rudely explaned that they were a franchise and did not honor that promotion even tho they first contacted my husband thru his email with that "special promotion" ad. Read moreIf I could give these people a zero I would. It’s like they don’t communicate with one another at all. I made a payment and asked to be biweekly. I was told if I made the biweekly payment my account would be updated, yet every week I got several phone calls or my family got phone calls about my payment being due. Then I would call and they would say “who did you speak to?” I don’t remember but I was assured each time my account would be updated. I just told them to come pick the couches up because it’s very stressful to keep asking for something and it not being implemented. Also, couch was damaged a little from getting it inside of the apartment, asked them to send somebody to look at it, they never did. I’ll never do business...
