Ordered door dash from them. App showed dasher waiting for order. After 10 min of waiting I get notification from the dasher that restaurant said my order was picked up already. No update on door dash or anything. Dasher said manager was rude to her when she was trying to figure it out. Now could it have been dasher, maybe. But the next 5 min is why I'll never order from there again. I caked and talked to the manager. Asked him and he just said I made it and it was picked up. Not explanation, no sorry for confusion. I asked him who he gave it to. He never gave me a name just said he gave it to my dasher. I asked how was that when my dasher was standing there. The GPS still showed her there but who knows. I asked him what I needed to do and he said order again. I started I wasn't going to reorder and pay again for something I never got. He started getting loud and yelling that he made it and it was picked up over and over. I hung up. No customer support or sympathy. The only name he could give me a to who got it was my name. He also yelled that he made 3 of the same orders and they were all picked up.
After I hung up I messaged door dash. They quickly apologized, refunded me credit, and helped with my next order for lunch. Then I found out a coworker last week called in an order of 2x nachos, but they were only given 1. They tried to call but they were rude to them and wouldn't bring the other nachos. I ordered a medium skinny margarita with salt. My daughter‘s food came out before my margarita and I requested to not get the medium since I would not have time to drink it all. She said she could not refund alcohol,even though I did not have the drink yet. I asked if I could’ve at least change it to a small. She brought the medium anyway with no salt so I asked if I could have salt and she acted like I never ordered it w salt. I asked if she could just get me a new glass with salt on it. She took the margarita and brought it back with barely any salt. (It was $18, I should at least get salt if that’s what I wanted). My salad came out and did not have the dressing I requested or any vinaigrette dressings, only creamy dressings. Any vinaigrette would have been fine. I began eating and realized my margarita was not a skinny margarita, but my waitress was avoiding eye contact with me and did not check on us for a long time. I asked to see the manager and he could not be found. When ask about the margarita, she said that was the bartenders job and she was not responsible. The service from the waitstaff has always been excellent! Their red sauce is sweet, which I personally do not care for. My husband ordered the Burrito Supreme and was disappointed. Short version; asked for a couple items to be left off and they not only brought it to him WITH 1 item he didn't want but left off 4 of the things he DID WANT. Very unhappy with the experience. The worst part was the waitress told us they put a little bit of what the customer doesn't want on the item, so those fixing it know not to put it on there, and the food runner is supposed to remove it before it comes to the table. 🤔 I told her they should change that practice, because if someone asked for something to be left off because they were allergic to it, that could cause some serious issues!
