Update: I have updated from four to five stars after a recent visit. I highly recommend the cheesecake flavor.i got cheesecake with caramel sauce, strawberries, and Kit Kats. It was precisely the ice cream experience I wanted. I am looking forward to going back and iterating on my cheesecake order ☺️ Old Review: Went twice. I think it's good stuff. I got the s'mores one the first time around with cookie dough and cheesecake bites. I got strawberry shortcake the second time. Staff was friendly. I think it's a shame the rolls of ice cream get covered by the toppings. The ice cream does a good job of capturing the flavor experience they're going for and the abundance of toppings makes for a flavorful experience. I feel like the ice cream itself isn't super rich and I kinda wish it was. Make sure you get toppings and syrup! Atmosphere inside was nice and the wait was not bad like other rolled ice cream places I've been. Overall, a good ice cream place worth trying!

Party of five went in to try for the first time. We all ordered different flavors. Three of the five added toppings. I ordered the cheesecake plain. The ice cream rolls are created in front of you. There is a workstation behind class that has a work area at -20 degrees as it was explained to us. The mixture is poured out onto the surface where it begins to freeze. The worker begins working it quickly and puts on a show that you can watch through the glass. Once it has been thoroughly mixed it is spread thin and then scrapped up. As it is being scrapped from the cold surface the newly formed ice cream curls and rolls up creating the ice cream roll. Several are made and then placed in a cup. If you ordered toppings they are then applied. Very interesting process. There appeared to be a food menu. However, everyone there was having the ice cream rolls.

I give this place two stars because I like the concept. However, the girl behind the counter was not very friendly and the pricing is outrageous for what you get. For two large ice cream cups we paid $15. Yes, the toppings were good, but the ice cream was bland. The atmosphere is very loud with the echo of the paint scraper chopping up crackers and other hard items. The table was very wobbly and the dining area was not clean. Not worth the headache or the money in my opinion. We won't be going back.

We LOVE rolled ice cream and try to get it everywhere we travel, and we were so excited to hear about Kreamkles. We went a few days ago and automatically got the impression that the girls were having a bad day and the atmosphere was dead. There was no music, the workers were very quiet and off putting, and unlike other rolled ice cream shops we’ve been to they didn’t have a menu with recommendations or pre-named bowls— it was very difficult to decide because of this especially since we were limited to one flavor. We weren’t completely put off by this since it was a different shop, so we gave it a try and I got a milkshake and my husband got a small rolled ice cream with his fixings. My milkshake was made with Hershey's chocolate syrup, it wasn’t anything special and there was an overload of syrup. I couldn’t drink it and gave it to my husband, and he hated it. His rolled ice cream didn’t even fill the bowl and wasn’t uniform with the rolls, very underwhelming. We were asking both of the girls questions when trying to decide and only one put forth the effort to answer our questions, the other looked like she couldn’t care less. We were actually really disappointed by the experience, was...

I was just there with my husband and a polite young lady and her boyfriend were waiting for their order when the young lady with long brown hair brought it to them then proceed back behind the counter to continue on the other orders this young polite lady went up and quietly spoke to the employee and told her she didn't want whip topping. The employee then huffed and took the ice cream back and looked very frustrated and walked over to the trash can by the hand washing sink and rolled her eyes and scooped the whip topping with carmel drizzle on it into the trash can and there was still whip topping and proceeded to cut up more strawberries for the ice cream and give it back to the couple with a snarky attitude. It was at this point I looked at my husband and told him that we were leaving and not trying this place. Customer service is very important to me and I was not pleased at all with what I just witnessed. We have nine grandchildren who we like to take and try new things but of course we try the places out first and this is not a place I will ever bring them. If I could have given them zero stars I would have based on what...

I want to like this place, I really did. The ice cream is cute, trendy, and tasty! It’s just that the process of actually getting it is so uncomfortable and weird. I’ve gone twice now, and both times the women behind the counter and their resting *angry faces just make it awkward to be in there. They don’t explain anything and get irritated when people don’t know anything about the new company. It actually is very different than any other ice cream experience. The dude looks whipped and tired. I kind of feel bad for him. The first time it was 3 annoyed girls chatting in their own world behind the counter and the dude was making the orders. My second time (like, I reluctantly went back) it was 1 despondent girl and the whipped dude. Seriously uncomfortable. This place ultimately has an awesome product, but it looks like their hiring focus was on a young attractive female staff that doesn’t give a damn with 1 worker guy that doesn’t mind being beat up by a bunch of women :/

Not...
