Wendy's — Restaurant in Valdosta

We stopped while on the road traveling and this Wendy's was cleaner than most we have been too. There was not a crowd and our order was taken quickly and our food was ready in less than expected time.

The food was pretty average for a Wendy's location and between the ordering experience and quality of food we would have provided this location with three stars. The lady taking our order was more interested in talking to a coworker than in making eye contact with us but she did get our order correct.

What stood out was the lady in the dining room who was cleaning. She made sure to ask about our meal and was very friendly and nice. Sometimes a little goes a long way. \

Our review moved up to 4 stars when a very large storm struck with heavy rain that lasted for more than 30 minutes, A gentleman was dining with his four young children and he was getting ready to take them out to the car when a lady from behind the counter told him she had an umbrella and offered to let him use it. He made several trips and she held the door and comforted the remaining children telling them their daddy was not leaving them and he would be right back. She definitely went...

Don't waste your time or money at this location. Came in the drive thru on June 10th @ 6:24 only to get to the order machine be told to wait.. then 1 minute later still waiting to order we were told to go to the second window. At that point we were very confused.. because we still haven't ordered.. so we got to the second window only to be told by another employee "what was your order" we then told the employee that we were told to come to the second window. Showing no customer service to simply take our order we were then told to pull all the way back around at the end of the line. When we finally placed our order on the speaker.. we went to the first window to pay.. then we see an employee in the background playing with his hair and just staring at us far back. Made us totally uncomfortable.. and it was very unsanitary to see him play in his hair ! For all we know he could have been the one handling our food. I went through the drive-thru at about 945pm on Wednesday night. My order was incorrect, missing a sandwich out of the bag, and the other chicken sandwich was cold, old 😫 I ended up going back through the drive-thru to request correction. They appeared nice and made my entire order again fresh with hot fries. I was pleasantly surprised and drove home eating hot fries. Well, all was good until I woke up the next morning sick as a dog!!! I swear I think either food was poisoned or someone got a good laugh by putting laxatives in my food. It took me 4 hours to leave the house, but there no proof, so I decided against calling manager. I just wrote one of my favorite late...
