I simply tried to go through the narrow opening between the garden and the chain link fence, because as a pedestrian, I cover a lot of distance, and I cut pieces of that distance off whenever I can. The owner rudely told me to go all the way around, the longest way possible for the direction I had to go. That didn't make any sense to me, so I tried to go around the other direction, past the security guard, which is the normal flow of traffic. Mind you, I had just made a purchase at US Bloom. As soon as I set out in that direction, the owner said, "You know what--don't come back." So it seems to me that his lack of regard that I am on foot has everything to do with his attitude towards me and, in turn, the reason behind why he banned me.
Being on foot is hard. It puts constant wear on your body. I just wanted to save a little bit of wear on mine and I was treated like a second class citizen. This is not in the spirit of medical cannabis, and it makes me wonder if legalization regulation has completely robbed this industry of its...

The people were nice, The selection was very limited and they were VERY expensive $400-$500 an ounce.( By the eighth, or gram/the only prices on the menu.) Also, they offered ZERO discounts for new customers. Sorry guys but this is a legalized California, and there are dispensaries everywhere. I walked out , without a purchase. so I can't say what quality they carry. I recommend checking elsewhere, unless you don't mind paying very high prices.
Wow. The response from the shop, was that it was my fault??? I stood at the counter and asked three bud tenders about less expensive products, they directed me to the board...... NONE of them told me about a first time discount!!!! Even when I said, "sorry ,this is just too expensive". And I walked out the door.... NOBODY asked how much I wanted to spend, NOBODY even tried to stop me. I had money, and I wanted product. I spent my money elsewhere, and after being blamed for not receiving adequate service. I got an open package of weed, I truly believe my weed gets laced here and resealed often. Another time my pack of joints were scrunched up in a firm plastic tray. ATM fee charge when you use your card. And they round up to the nearest $10 when you use your card seems like they want 0’s on their bank statements and charge extra then give you cash back after you used your card to make a transaction. I was making a purchase the employee had me insert my card at least 4 times because they’re card machines don’t work at times. My first visit at US BLOOM I was told I have to use an ACTUAL BANK CARD since my other cards weren’t not being accepted by their ATM machines. Seems like anyone who has beef with me can come in US BLOOM and tamper with the cannabis products I purchase. Bad vibes. Not a vibe here.
