KFC — Restaurant in Vallejo

What can I say about KFC? The franchise has been trying hard to promote itself and even teamed up with Taco Bell to improve its profits and increase market share. I personally do not like the quick franchise foods, because I can't find much nutritional value in the foods. Sorry, just my preference and I will try to keep my review unbiased. Pros: franchise foods are dependable when it comes to flavor, taste and portions, whether you here or in another location. The mashed potato was very good, and we always like the wedge fries also. Motif and restaurants all look the same. Store was very clean and at the time we went, which was early dinner time, around 6 pm, there was no waiting in line. Prices are very similar compared to each store, so you can get a decent meal for those that are on a tight budget. Free Parking always is a plus. Cons: This restaurant was smaller than the average ones, in my opinion. I'm not sure if it's me or KFC, but the chicken pieces are getting smaller, and it was especially oily The coating on the extra crispy was thick and in a couple of places like a glob. This place is a JOKE !! Got home , they forgot 2 sodas, they forgot a cookie, and they put corn in our famous bowl even though the receipt clearly said no corn.

Drove all the way back across town and this, “LADY” had the nerve to say because my pregnant wife took a couple bites out of it to try to see if she liked it, and didn’t, that she couldn’t take it back. I asked what are you gonna do eat it or re-serve it ? She said no we’re gonna throw it away. So what’s difference ?!?! Unbelievable. Then she stormed off and had so much attitude mumbling under her breath like we did something wrong. Terrible service. I’m sure they got their minimum wage raised with everyone else but you’d never know it by their service. They did wind up remaking it, and giving us flat watered down sodas that had been sitting there since our original order and a cookie still in a plastic wrapper.

I was in the drive through ordering food and the workers were talking bad about each other and the costumers. I specifically heard one of the older ladies (believe is the manager) talk bad to one young girl, in her teenage years. I don’t trust coming to this place as a costumer since I know I will be targeted.

The work here has an extremely bad work environment. The older ladies think they are all that because they have been working there and it’s ok to disrespect the new individuals working there. Then the manager holds different standards for the new and old workers. The old workers get away with disrespecting and being rude to the new workers.
