Saturday 8/26/19, we tried to eat in the food court inside the store. The cashier was having a personal chat with the lady preparing the orders, consciously disregarding us in front of her. Then she allowed, somebody she knew, to cut in front of us to place an order of tamales; and she took off to prepare the order, making us to continue waiting. Finally she took the order and supposedly gave it to the other person to prepare it. After 20 minutes, when nobody called us, we went to see what happened. The lady who prepares the order, was in "surprise" because she did not know about the order. But then, went to the garbish can, picked the slip with the order and said "ah, mire si, aqui esta su orden, es que yo la bote." Irated we asked for the money to be returned to the credit card. The manager of the food department (Griselda) who came to "help," told us that returning the money to the credit card was impossible, and confronted us stating "este fue un simple error, la muchacha se confundió, ella no botó su orden." That was too much for us, she was accusing us too be lying. All these ladys should be fired; or you risk to lose all customer. Breathing deeply, we asked her to please call the store manager to talk with him/her. We waited around 10 more minutes for the store manager to appear and finally a cashier came to tell us "hoy es el día libre del gerente. Lo sentimos pero sólo yo puedo atenderles. No hay nadie a cargo del supermercado."

Yes it has a wide variety of Mexican products many authentic but some are better than others.For instance they sell a large brand of THEIR trademark goods like chips and tortillas and pan dulce. All of which are relatively good except if your chasing the BEST TORTILLAS on todays market buy the, LA FINCA BRAND TORTILLAS!!! This exclusive product of chorrizo is only sold here and trust me when i say...add sum eggs wrap it in a, La Finca tortilla and you'll find the closest taste to authentic Mexican food you can find. Went in to purchase a few things so I could make my enchiladas for my children & 2 grandchildren who are visiting from San Diego. It's been almost a year. On the window sale price for boneless skinless leg & thigh at $1.99. handed me the bag & chicken priced at $2.79 I said no that's not what it says here he goes to get the other worker. I'm getting ready to take a picture of the sale price & the guy rips it off the window & says that was yesterday's price. I said well that's not my fault you forgot to take it down. He.tells me to go up front & cashier will adjust it. The cashier is about to walk back & take a pic I told her he already took the sale pic off the window then she grabs the sale add & proceeds to tell me that the sale price is for Friday Saturday and Sunday.
