On 9/15/2024 I went into Nations to order my Favorite Bacon Burger that I so love, but I was so disappointed this time with the Customer Service I received. Upon ordering my burger I requested as always that they did not put Mayonnaise on my burger because I have an Allergic to it. Something told me to check my burger before leaving but (I Trusted) them to hear what I requested. When getting home I open my burger and it was loaded with Mayonnaise, I called and was told to bring the burgers back as I did but I did not like that when I got there the employee opened the burgers and said to me that that this is not Mayonnaise it is Miracle Whip which is made with the same ingredients And I DO NOT EAT EITHER I said none of it, this is the 3rd time this has happen to me. The way the employee spoke to me made me feel as if I was the problem and that it was a problem that I wasted My Time coming back to them to make my burgers right and most of all used my Gas in which gas is so costly now and My Time to return your mistake that was made. Customer Service matters so much to me how you treat people and if you review your Yelp I gave Nation a High Rating on there Customer Service and The Food but now please don't think that its ok to treat people any kind of a way and talk down to them we support you being in Vallejo don't get the Big Head now. With me returning my Burgers maybe just maybe you should have said let us offer you Free Fries or a Piece of Pie to Accommodate instead of making me feel as if I was the problem. Read moreI had such a great experience at Nation’s Burger thanks to Aracela. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s one of those people who is naturally genuine and friendly, which honestly makes the whole dining experience so much better.
What stood out the most was how attentive she was. She checked in at the right times without ever making me feel rushed, and she really made sure everything was just how I wanted it. It’s rare these days to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and puts so much care into their service, but that’s exactly the type of person Aracela is.
She treated me more like a guest than just another customer, which says a lot about her personality and work ethic. You can tell she takes pride in making people feel welcome. Because of her, I didn’t just come in for a meal — I left with a really positive experience that makes me want to come back again.

Read moreI always want to give benefit of the doubt because I know how hard the service industry is but I was very disappointed in the service here. I called in my order and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived there to pick it up roughly 25 minutes after I ended the call. I paid for my food and then was ignored as the cashier helped other people. I assumed my food wasn't ready yet. I waited for an additional 10 minutes and then asked if they had an ETA for my food, the woman did not seem to know when it would be ready. I waited another 10 minutes and asked another employee if they were any closer to being done with my food, he asked for my ticket and then proceeded to hand me a bag of food that had been sitting on the counter the whole time I was there. The woman then told me that she was waiting on fries to add to my order. I didn't order fries, there were no fries in my bag. Only soggy sad burgers. I will not be going to this...
