Wow! I honestly have never been more impressed with a fast food place than I was with my experience here. There are not enough stars. We stopped here on our way to a disc golf tournament. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. This was our first time at a Hardy's and we were surprised to find the $4 breakfast platters. Such a great deal. My husband finished ordering and I went to wash my hands. I was pretty quick and before I even made it to the table they had already brought our food out. I thought surely it wasn't going to be fresh. But it was! Everything was fresh and hot. The biscuits and gravy were WAY better than other fast food places, and You could tell they change their oil too as our hash browns were cooked perfectly. The entire place was nice and clean including bathrooms. The service was fantastic and the food and prices great! Another thing I noticed while we were seated and eating was the communication between the team. They were planning for what they'd need and honestly I could tell they do their best to stay on top of things without over making anything. Upon leaving, multiple employees waived us goodbye with friendly smiles. As young small Business owners ourselves and someone who worked in fast food as a teen, I was so impressed with how each team member communicated so well/ kindly with each other and just witnessing there team work was pretty awesome. You don't see that in many places anymore! The managers are doing something right. Clearly they have put together a fantastic team that excells in customer service, production, fast food and good buisness. But also sets the bar high for team work in the work place. In today's world that's something any buisness owner should be incredibly proud of! And I hope that crew knows they are making a huge difference. I'm not a huge fan of fast food or going out much anymore as usually we spend more than we'd like for sub par food and meh customer service BUT, for the first time in a long time we enjoyed eating out and felt like we got a great deal. I ordered a 3 piece combo with honey mustard. I ALWAYS say please and thank you. Even when the order taker sounds irritated.
I get around to the window, and I hand Melissa 2-$5s and 3 dimes 3 pennies, simply needed $2 returned. Melissa seemed bothered. I paid with cash. She hands me a shake. I tell her thank you. She slams the window shut. I noticed the vanilla shake was slightly thicker than milk, yes, very much, not a vanilla shake. I took a sip, and it tasted like slightly cool milk.
Pop open the window and sour puss Melissa all but throw out my bag of so-called food.
I told her thank you before I could finish. Have a good day, Melissa had slammed the window shut.
Like most people, I put my car in drive and reached for some fries. They were cold. Not warm, cold! I pull around and go inside for warm fries.
I didn't have an attitude. I just asked for warm fries.
Melissa put on a sarcastic creeper smile and said, "Absolutely! I looked at the guy standing next to me with the same puzzled look I had. She brought to me almost WARM fries and slung them at me. I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Have a great day, and thank you."
Why I didn't check my tenders, I have no idea. But....
I opened the tender box and found 3 tenders that were dripping in grease and half doughy half burned. I have no idea how that was even possible. The kicker was each one of them was full of non-chewable grissel. The honey mustard was the only thing good.
I had been fasting for bloodwork and just wanted something to eat. It was about 1130am.
It's been a long time since I have come across such a nasty, rude witch. It's been a very long time since I've had such a terrible experience. Typically, it's food OR service, not both. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this place. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Read moreI was picking up an order for a Door-dash customer last night around 7 and it appeared as I came in that only one person was working. I felt bad for this guy and he apologized several times but where’s your help I ask because the order was just all wrinkled and thrown on the counter, he said my managers not in a good mood!? Ok, so my bag looks awful and I hate delivering anything that looks as if I tampered with it but he had gloves on working with chicken and said he couldn’t touch anything. So I made it sure without touching food it was my order and said this isn’t ok!!!! Never seen the other guy? There was someone sitting outside in a van, not sure if it was him but what a ridiculous way to treat your employees and customers, I was so mad because I have worked for Hardee’s in the past and customer service for 25 years and I would NEVER accept this type behavior in my stores!!!!!!!!
