I gave 1 stars, but it should be 0. The way we were treated was absolutely ridiculous. We pulled up at 11:00 and were greeted with a woman on the mic who told us "we are out of refried beans so we can't make Mexican pizzas" and they only had enough chili for 2 chili cheese burritos. Then she was trying to hand us a drink carrier and we said we didn't need it and ahe rolled her eyes and said whatever. Then when I said just hand me the drinks she closed the window, but not before rolling her eyes again. Then we asked for the manager. The manager and he came to the window and we told him we didn't appreciate the eye rolls and the rudeness of the girl. I said i was trying to just help her out by not doing the drink carrier. He actually tells us we weren't helping out by ordering a big order 45 minutes from close (4 meals for 4 people). We said are you seriously blaming this on us? Questioned if i wanted my food, then questioned it again. Then I said just give me my damn food dude. Then he gave us our drinks and the lids werent on so they spilled. He basically threw my food at us. It was ridiculous. Read morePlaced an order to go at 7:40 pm on 7/14, along with a friend who ordered 5 minutes prior. As we waited, more customers ordered in the lobby as well, two of which were waiting longer than we were. In the meanwhile, the workers were filling drive thru orders. After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked for a manager. A line worker asked why we needed one, and refused to find them until we gave a reason. After we explained our situation, he proceeded to get argumentative with an older woman who was also complaining. My friend told him to calm down, and the worker proceeded to start a screaming argument with him and threaten to jump over the table and assault him instead of finding the manager like we asked. When the manager ran out to resolve things, she told the worker to get back to work, without reprimanding him for screaming at customers. After this, the manager proceeded to be dismissive of everyone's complaints until finally giving out refunds. After asking for the employee's name for this complaint, we were told she couldn't legally give it. Read moreI ordered my food on 7/4/23 at 11pm on the mobile app. When I arrived at the drive thru the employee told me that they were out of beef and would not be able to make my order. I said that was fine and I would like to do chicken in all items instead. Employee informed me that he could not do that because it was a mobile order. I said that was fine and asked to cancel it and order through the drive thru. He stated that I would have to come to the window to do so. I waited for the three cars in front of me to leave and when I got to the window the employee told me I would have to drive back around to the end of the line to order. This made me upset because there were now 5 cars behind me and I was there first. I asked his why he could not just take my order now and he kept says that's the rule and I can't.
