Huang's Mister Wok — Restaurant in Valley Township

A fairly typical Chinese restaurant, except that the food seems to usually be mostly above average for a Chinese restaurant. I have tried a lot of different dishes there, mostly because I felt it was safe branching out to try different things. There has so far been only one dish that was just iffy to me, but that could just be because of my tastes. The service is very quick. It isn't a big deal to just show up, order, and wait. When they say 10 minutes for your food to be ready, I've never seen it take longer, and is usually less. Obviously, if you order more, or something a bit off the "regular" type stuff they get all the time, it might take a few minutes more, but they let you know that. Prices are right in line for a Chinese place you will find anywhere in the area - less than $10 for most anything on the menu. A meal for two can be had for $15, and they don't skimp on portion sizes either. They also do a lunch buffet during the week that is pretty much all you can fit into one of their containers for a fixed price. I'm not sure about if you ate in there for lunch how much you would be allowed to go back and get more, but I don't think there really is a limit. They do have several booths to sit at, and since most people get their food to go (like me), there is usually no problem finding an open one. At lunch and dinner, they do get pretty busy, so the line can back up a little, but I've never really had to wait very long for...

Lived in the area 8 years and thought I would try this place for the first time. What a joke!

Ordered, husband picked order up, no receipt on the bag, child did the payment exchange and he came home. Gave us the completely wrong order, called, the person on the phone argued with me that it was my order.

Finally after some side chat with someone in the restaurant, I was told oh we have your order right here. My husband leaves again to get our food. They did not offer anyway to make the inconvenience right or offer any money off until I called back.

Long story short, we will continue to order from Zing like we always have from now on. Zing is more expensive but after this fiasco, they are worth the extra.

If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. So I show up to pick up my food, from the very beginning I’m getting nothing.bad and unpleasant energy from the woman ringing me up. She was very short with me the whole time. Mumbling. So I pay for my food and ask if I can get some fortune cookies, which apparently annoys her. She mumbles something incoherentlwhile pointing at the bag, so I take that to be her saying she already put some in there. So I leave thinking I got my cookies and also to get away from this ignorant woman.needless to say their weren’t any in the bag and the exchange left me feeling very uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
