Horrible service. On several occasions, we ordered delivery and received mistakes on the order. Usually, the more regular of a customer you are you get better service. Not at Milton's, service gets worse. Last and final time ordering, asked for extra cheese for one of my children's fries (his brother ordered a sandwich that comes with fries and wanted cheese, also) and got no cheese on the fries. So, now we have an order of cheese fries with no cheese at all for the first child and no cheese on his brother's fries either. What we did get was two small cups of cheese and plain fries. Now, I did call to resolve the issue and was told the manager would call in ten minutes. When he called, "I'll send more cheese." Problem, fries are barely luke warm and by the time a driver gets to my home (eta 30-40 minutes) fries will be cold. Child says he doesn't want them anymore. Manager said, "that's his (child) fault." Never ordering food from this place again.
