Horrible service. On several occasions, we ordered delivery and received mistakes on the order. Usually, the more regular of a customer you are you get better service. Not at Milton's, service gets worse. Last and final time ordering, asked for extra cheese for one of my children's fries (his brother ordered a sandwich that comes with fries and wanted cheese, also) and got no cheese on the fries. So, now we have an order of cheese fries with no cheese at all for the first child and no cheese on his brother's fries either. What we did get was two small cups of cheese and plain fries. Now, I did call to resolve the issue and was told the manager would call in ten minutes. When he called, "I'll send more cheese." Problem, fries are barely luke warm and by the time a driver gets to my home (eta 30-40 minutes) fries will be cold. Child says he doesn't want them anymore. Manager said, "that's his (child) fault." Their website tells you that the crabcake dinner comes with a side salad. They have you pick your dressing and everything. Then, I opened the bag and its crabcake (deep-fried) with french fries. I called up and spoke with a girl who told me that she knows the online ordering system advertises the incorrect information. The crabcake dinner comes with fries automatically, not salad. She said "they should've called you..." I replied, "well, they didn't because had they called, I would've ordered a side salad extra. The dinner is for my mom and she cannot eat fried, fatty foods (hence ordering crabcake dinner, with SALAD!). My bigger issue is that the order was overpriced for what we got and no one offered to accommodate their error. Won't be ordering from this place ever again! the food is good , but very mediocre. The work environment sucks and the staff are rude. Came in on a friday night to be told my food had not been written down and i had to wait longer. The kitchen is also wide open , and none of the employees wear gloves , which seriously concerns me , as they cook and prepare many different foods on the same counter. Also the boss is very inconsiderate and rude to his employees. Most of the time he is yelling at the girls who answer the phones and take orders , or yelling at the drivers , who are very respectful , as ive ordered deliveries from there before. Also , i believe they are the bosses children , but they are always running around and yelling. It is very disturbing to try to eat my meal and have children screaming right near me. 10/10 would not recommend if you are looking for a nice quick and comfortable meal , i urge anyone and everyone to STAY AWAY...
