Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Valley View

There were three employees in the building. I pulled up to the drive through and was asked to come inside. There were four people waiting ahead of me for their ice cream, two blizzards, and a meal deal. The girl running the front was running around all frazzled and acting unprofessional, the teenage cook just hung out in the front after he made the meal deal and did not offer to help her expedite any orders for everyone waiting and what I can only assume was the manager seemed completely useless. The only thing I saw him do was tell someone else that pulled up to the drive through that the girl would be with them shortly! When I was finally able to place my order she busted the foam bottom out of my blizzard while making it so she threw it away and began making a new one. She then proceeded to bust the bottom out of the new one and instead of remaking it she just put another cup on it and handed it me! The other blizzard that I ordered called for pralines, so she pulls out a metal bin from the cooler then proceeded to SMELL it to see if it was the pralines! Needless to say I waited in line about 25 minutes for a blizzard that contained foam pieces and one with freezer burned pralines. Next time I want DQ I'll just make the...

Waited FOR EVER at the drive thru to get my food. Was ran by 2 teenage girls who had no idea how to even make a burger Patty (seemed like they were calling to ask someone how to even make the food) wasn't a complicated order just a burger. Waited for over 10 min just to place my order in the drive thru (should have got the pic then and turned around) the place only had 2 cars outside and 1 car in front of me.. they had me pull up and place my order at the window. Then they seemed to have no idea how to enter it in the computer or how to make it. I waited 15 min till someone pulled in behind me and they had me pull around to the other side. Then waited another 10 just to have to go in and ask where my food was. I would have just left if I hadn't of paid already... don't know how this place is even still open. Would have given 0 stars if that had of been an option... makes me sad that poor management can't train employees how to do their job.. which I've worked fast food b4 it's not that difficult! Customer service people! If I wanted to sit and wait forever I would have gone to a real resturant with good quality food not swing through the drive thru which is supposed to be quick...

I wish I could leave less of a star review for this location. Unfortunately it won't let me.

After driving a few hours home from a trip my husband surprised me by stopping here for Mothers Day. I brought all of my family in to use the restroom first. The women's bathroom was stuffed full of rolls of toilet paper and water was pouring out of the toilet. my husband asked what I was doing and I pointed and even mentioned it to the cashier and she just stared at me like I was stupid I had to walk next door to the Valero just to use their bathroom. Then when we all start ordering food she let us order everything and then tell us "we aren't serving ice cream today"?????!!!!! She let multiple customers order and then used that phrase. I believe the machines were broken, but it could've been a choice, who knows. So we order food since we've been on the road and after God knows how long of NOTHING happening we have to ask for a refund and leave. I don't suggest this place, and only after reading the rest of the reviews after, I'm not even sure how they are...
