Valley Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Valley View

This place got really good reviews, I love fired pizza, and I decided to check this place out. Little did they know that they were serving a Cleveland Clinic super star. This place looks very different once you are inside. Their menu is on a chalk wall, they have craft soda, and some yummy desserts. We ended up building our own pizza. We got two side salads and a slice of strawberry shortcake. Once we got back to the hotel we were amazed at the generous amount of salad with tasty olives and cherry tomatoes. They we dug into the pizza. The crust had that fired flavor, generous amount of cheese, and the mini pepperoni pack a flavorful punch. We had just the right amount of sauce and the mushrooms were fresh too!! You can't judge this place by the outside. The staff are friendly and patient. If you want good pizza made with a lot of heart, you need Valley Pizza!!! I can't wait to come back to Cleveland to have another slice. The 400 mile trip...

Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was overshadowed by a disturbing interaction. My husband went to pick up our prepaid order, he gave the my name, but instead of verifying it like any other business would, the owner immediately assumed he was an Uber driver. Despite him stating he wasn't a driver, showing the text receipt, online confirmation number, and order details, she still questioned his legitimacy, saying, “How do I know I’m not just giving it to anyone?”

She demanded that he call me to cancel the order—something that wasn’t even possible, as it wasn’t placed through a third-party app. Her tone was condescending, dismissive, and accusatory—completely unwarranted for someone who had already paid and simply came to retrieve their food.

It’s deeply disappointing to be treated with suspicion rather than basic respect. The food may be good, but no meal is worth that level of disrespect or profiling. Sadly, I won’t...

Hands down the best pizza the best staff when I say everything is good I mean everything is good the kindness of the staff just makes it so much better they have a great thing going on over there at valley pizza co!! Chicken bacon ranch hands down #1 add banana peppers & cilantro & thank me later Margarita pizza you get so excited to see what’s the pizza of the month & you have to try it because it’s going to be great!! This is a 10 star pizza spot if yiu say something negative about this place and the people you are just hating definitely get here and get something cause your missing out...
