Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Valley

Girlfriend and I stop by to get some dinners. My gf goes in asks for a menu, worker asks if she's a truck driver she says no but her bf doesn't go thru drive thrus. Worker gives menu she comes out I tell her what I want and to order for the whole family I gave her the money she goes back in to place order. She comes out and says that guy snatched the menu out of her hand and gave her an attitude. So I went in and asked who manager was he did tell me but then explained some protocol on only tractor trailer drivers can get a menu. Not someone who drives a f150. I'm sorry if I have issues with drive-thrus but customer service is why YOUR place of business is still there now I realize I'm only one person that was gonna place a 120 dollar order but that is the last time I go there and if asked I will never give your store any recommendations....

I like their fried okra! Not wild about their honey & biscuits. One of my friends was on her way home, ordered enough food for her family and her sisters. When they got home, they were missing about 1/2 of it and were too tired to drive another 30 miles back in the rain. They called to let them know they had left out the food and the manage offered o to drive it to them if they could wait 2 hours. They had kids to feed and told them, thanks but no thanks. The next time they were down, they went by to get the food they had paid for and not gotten, the manger gave them food for both families, pies, extra food, gallons of tea, & a gift card for a free meal, like a 20 filet pieces. They were so impressed with the service, they make the drive now at least...

Cannot get a simple order correct. I asked for a leg, a wing and a thigh. Why did I receive two breasts and one leg? Drink was flat and the drinks are always watery. Even my biscuit was missing. HOW?!??? Didn't even notice until I got ALL THE WAY HOME!!!!! If y'all can't get an order right, hire somebody who can!! How can you not tell the difference between a thigh and a breast???? If I wanted TWO BREASTS I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THEM, IDIOTS. I will not be going back....ever! Don't even waste your time going to this location. I don't understand why these restaurants hire lazy and incompetent people!!! Are y'all that desperate...
