I know this place has only been open for a couple days but I am sorry, that is when your store should be at its best, during the grand opening week. This store was the opposite. The employees already look miserable, the display rolls and other options looked stale and sad. I mean what did they expect opening a Cinnabon store inside a gas station right next to a sub shop. Literally a step away is a firehouse sub shop where all those fumes from the sub making goes right into the ovens of the cinnabons.
This whole place is a mess. Even the gas station attendants who I am guessing own the entire place and rent out the space for the two food options are a perfect example of why this place is failing. Not only did the Arab owner over charge me for cigars that have the actual price on the package, but he had a terrible attitude and zero hospitality. That is typical of American Arabs, I am one so I know. But I have manners and respect, especially in a professional setting. These people do not. They are immigrants that have probably been here for a long time, thriving off ripping people off as they typically do. Trust me, I am not being racist or inconsiderate, I know these people, I grew up with them my entire life, they would sell their mom for a dollar. Sad but true.
I digress, but it was a point that needed to be made. I advise you stay away from this Cinnabon and station as a whole, go across the street to Tim Hortons or drive the extra eight miles to Canton to find a better Cinnabon that is next to an auntie Annie's. Far more reasonable than a sub shop.
One last note for the owner because I know they also do the HR, and Accounting and everything else because they think they know everything, HIRE A REAL HR PERSON. Because the employees behind the counter of the cinnabon clearly were not the right choices. No offense to them, I am sure they are sweet young ladies, but you need people that know what their doing when making a single food snack that costs $7+ .
Good luck to this place, so many before have failed and they took over a year to rebuild this in to what it is now. I'll never be returning but hopefully you guys can hang in there. If not, I think...

Read moreI haven’t had a true Cinnabon in over 10 years. (I) Stopped @ this location for gasoline and the scent of fresh Cinnabon’s was in the air. I couldn’t resist. This lovely girl named Chelsea, instantly greeted me & showed me what my options were. I went for my old go-to, the full size, large Cinnabon with extra icing on the side. Chelsea even let me pick out the exact Cinnabon I wanted out of the case, (which she said had “just came out the oven”) It was the perfect ending to a perfect day and I recommend this...
