I'll never order from this nasty restaurant again I order a small pizza and some wings when the pizza arrived is had a spider in it I call the store 3176 and talk to the manager Jody and told him what my problem was well this inhuman person 1st thing out his mouth was wow that's interesting ☹️ What his response should have been was I'm sorry about this what is it that I can do to make this experience better for u oh no he begin to tell me I have only two options he could give me a refund or remake the order at full price what do you mean so u guys send me food with bugs in it not only is it for me my co worker ate a corner piece and she 7months pregnant and I was getting ready to feed my resident some after going back and forth with this man about how rude he was on the whole situation and that's when He said the driver would be back with my money so I asked for corporate number I called in gave my report waited 45mins before calling back to ask where the driver was so I could order food else where this person told me that because I called corporate he was not going to send me money back what the hell kind of service is this my food had a bug in it I didn't want the food and I didn't want it remade so how in the hell you not giving refunds because I called corporate huh this store is ridiculous And racist So unprofessional my whole experience here was the worst I received ever in my life any human being knowing what I told u guys u would understand my frustration and try to resolve this issue but no they got smart mouth talk trash over the phone nasty disposition nasty disposition period don't waste your time give this place your hard earned money they don't appreciate your business they know...

First they messed my order up one day and when I called back they comped me the two pizzas that were messed up so when I called back to get the two pizzas they said okay we'll make them for you and that was at 5:00 p.m. then it took all the way until 10:13 p.m. to get the pizzas and they were cold but everything was there I had to call back so much just to make sure the order was coming and the guy was getting mad every time I called it's just not the way that you should deal with customers at all and the boxes were crushed and at one time when I called back he said that the doordash delivery driver had took the pizzas and kept them so he had to remake him again and he said but there's six customers in front of you so it's going to be a long way I feel like I should have been put first and I had to wait until almost 11:00 p.m. that is almost a 5-hour wait that is just crazy that's all I got to say I will never order from there again now the fort Smith store might be good but not the Van...

I ordered online and drove to pickup window to pickup.
Only to watch a bearded man in street clothes with no hair net or gloves,
(same person preparing the food, completely ignoring Food Safety Regulations!)
He was taking an order from the pickup window clearly able to see my vehicle in line,
then proceeds to go an prepare her pizzas,
while alowing her to hold up the line at the pickup window,
instead of asking her to pull around, like he should've.
Thereby, forcing me to allow my already done order to get cold.
When confronted, Nate, (I think he said his name was) was condescending, disrespectful, and behaved horribly.
The only reason I will give any stars at all will be that the pizza was pretty good. Even though by then, I was too angry...
